We heard from a local not to miss at El Fogon. We wound our way through the streets of San Pedro town, very near the airport, and found this little hidden treasure. The menu was all fresh seafood, chicken and vegetables. Everything was delicious and the service was terrific. We loved the outdoor seating and sandy floors. Upon leaving I thanked the ladies in the kitchen and was met with warmth and gratitude, not to mention a clean and happy kitchen. Do not miss this sweet restaurant while in San Pedro.

The garlic shrimp was incredible! We ordered the Creole fish, but they brought out Creole shrimp to us. Apparently, the order was put in wrong, and we had already waited 40 minutes for our food, so we were pretty hungry. The waiter admitted that there was a mistake, and then asked, "so... Are you gonna eat it, or...?" Well, at that point, it didn't sound like we had a choice, haha, so we said yes that's fine, we will eat it. They did give us a free drink for the inconvenience, but I still probably would have just preferred the fish. Whatever, though! It was delicious!
