“A LITTLE CAFE ON THE WAY”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 July 2013

This is a cafe on the back street two blocks from the beach that serves coffee and sandwiches. The service was good and the prices were fair. Nothing about this cafe says come again. Just average menu with sandwiches and drinks.

“Great spot in town”

The food was delicious and the servers were friendly, it was just a little slow when we had a water taxi to catch. Great local flavor!

“Good Morning San Pedro”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 July 2013

Stopped by here for a morning cup of coffee. Coffee was great!! I love the cafe atmosphere -but sadly this spot is not beachfront which can make for a very warm and humid morning breakfast experience during certain times of year. The food was acceptable - honestly I barely remember what I ordered. The micheladas helped to cool us down from the hot weather. I know many folks who swear by this place. I'll have to give it a 2nd chance next time I'm on the island.

“Great hang out spot”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 June 2013

This a very pleasant watering hole near the City Park in the middle of San Pedro. The food is pretty unremarkable. The chips were blatantly stale--inedible. They were having a holiday special when we were there, but the bartender kept forgetting about the special prices. He was amiable when corrected.

The fans make the mid-day heat bearable. The bathroom is kept locked and is clean. The beer is cold. Some of the specialty drinks look great, but have a hefty price tag (as overheard from a loud, surprised patron). So ask before you order.
