This is no longer "Joe's" as the sign says...purchased a year ago by Mark from Winipeg who is a very attentive and gracious host. Food is average to above and on par with most island eateries for price. This Tex-Mex Cantina is over 3 miles south of San Pedro town...2 miles of crater-filled dirt and gravel with craters filled with water during rainy season. Definitely a neighborhood restaurant, not at all worth the trip from town after a heavy rain. Great place if you speak Canadian, especially during the Grey Cup shown on their huge projection TV. We dined with another couple who live in the area and after dinner broke out the Pinocle deck without objection from Mark. We would assuredly stop again when in the area.
