First and foremost, this resort is absolutely beautiful. It is relatively untouched and still very wild, without losing any sense of luxury. We stayed in a villa and enjoyed how large and clean it was, and the gorgeous pool/ocean view. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and quickly learns your name and favorite drink. We stayed with an all-inclusive package and really enjoyed the food, but were surprised to find that the meals are served family style (everyone eats at the same table) and at very specific times, so it does limit some flexibility if you want to eat dinner a little earlier or lunch a little later.
Very important to note - this resort is focused primarily on fly fishing. If no one in your party fishes, I am not sure that I would recommend this resort on Ambergris Caye, as there is very little to do for the nonfisher, especially when you feel compelled to stay on the resort due to the all-inclusive package. With that being said, if you are an avid fisher, diver, or snorkeler, then don't hold back from booking a room ASAP!More
