The Pina Colada Lion Fish won the awards, as they should have but I have to say, the Lion Fish Fingers were just as good...maybe even better! This little place is on the north side of the island, past the toll bridge on the left side of the road. They are friendly, make great drinks and food and have a fun setting.

Lion Fish for lunch. First time we have ever eaten it. Extremely tasty. Its like a cross between halibut & red snapper. A nice white fish. Wonderful flavor.
Husband had fish & chips version and I had it grilled in a margarita sauce.
So glad to see that someone is actually using this fish for something. In case you do not know, it is an "invader" to the Caribbean, brought in by cruise ship holds and it is killing many of the local fish and has no natural preditors in the Caribbean so its wonderful to see that someone is actually killing them and using them. Maybe dive shops and areas of gtthe Caribbean are offering rewards, a bounty, if you kill them and bring them in. Besides they taste fabulous!!!!

Thank you for doing your part as well! Eating them is one of the best ways to get rid of them hence the reason we take great pride in being the only restaurant on the island that serves only lionfish and like you said "they are excellent tasting fish" thank you for supporting our cause to help protecting our reef! Every year, new recipes will come about, pop in next time and see what else we have to offer! Cheers

This was one of the only places we could order from late and it actually delivered to the Coco Locos bar on our property! Pretty awesome service if you ask me!

We do deliveries to places nearby with the Bermuda Landings and Grand Caribe Resort. We serve food until 11pm..between 11 and 12am it is more than likely you can still get wings!

Found this place going back and forth into town, stopped for a beer and a snack and found a place that specializes in lionfish recipes, we liked it so much we stopped two more times during our adventures.

This place specializes in Lion Fish, a dish apparently not served anyplace else on Ambergris Caye. Three of our group tried it and all agreed it was great. I had the smoked pork chop and it was great! The presentation was perfect with flowers on every plate.
My wife ordered a mohito and it was too sweet. Ask for a bit less sugar. And the furniture. You sit on boards on stumps. I would recommend a few tables and chairs, but that is just my taste! Just remember, the food is great!

Excellent food is one of top priorities so it great to hear you all enjoyed it! The entire restaurant was built ground up by us the owners and done to our island taste which is rustic. As time goes by, upgrades will take place, maybe some cushions, we appreciate your insights, thanks. Some have watched us grown from a grill in an empty lot, to one table, then another etc..then by demand came a full kitchen and a bar!

Our newest upgrade is a Chef's table with a bar built around a huge coral rock grill where you will be able to watch your food being cooked by reservations only, seating limited to fifteen persons...

Be sure to come visit us again!
