We just came back yesterday and are still talking about how amazing and wonderful our stay was with us. We loved the services and the quality and how gently and professional are all the staff. SUPER friendly and accomodating. Every body was helpful the made us feel at home. We loved the condo, it was very comfortable. The situation is perfect, near the dive center (we are divers) and the city. But on the edge of town, so we don't have de noice of traffic or music and the town is walking distance. If you want you can take a bycicle for a ride. it's quiet and the view from the balcony on the ocean is amazing. We will definitely come back again.

Room Tip: Every condos are balcony and a nice view on the ocean.

I just got back. I booked a 2nd floor oceanfront room. Excellent view. Room/bathroon/kitchen/living room all well kept, with all the amenites. The location is walking distance to everything in San Pedro, but on the edge of town, so it's away from the noise of traffic, people, and music. They'll pick you up and drop you off for free from the water taxi or airport. They'll do laundry for a cost per piece, but if you have a bunch there's a cheaper place on Pescadero road, about a five minute walk, that does it by the pound.

The Palms was great. Decent price, friendly and professional staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Perfect location so we didn't have to take an expensive water taxi every day.

The Palms is just across the road from the airport, so no need for a golf buggy, you really can walk there! We were on the top floor in a 2 bedroomed apartment, with a great view from the balcony and the rooms were very comfortable with all the amenities you needed. If there was something else you wanted, the staff magically supplied it within minutes! They even supply beer and soft drinks to save you lugging it from the supermarket. Everyone was so friendly and helpful they made us feel at home. August is not the best time to visit - very hot and humid, so aircon in the bedroom was a godsend and the lovely little pool in the garden an ideal spot to submerge and cool down during the day, unless you were already out diving or snorkelling. We will definitely stay here again. The only down side - and nothing to do with the Palms - was the mosquitos, they seemed to be out in force this time of year and so be warned if you sit outside at any time of day. Deet up!

Room Tip: Check out the website photos, they are a fair representation. Some double beds are bigger than othe...

Great location, just a short walk up the beach to restaurants, shopping and fun! Staff was very helpful and warmly welcomed us back. They do a great job keeping the whole facility clean and well kept! I loved sitting in the lounge chairs and watching the ocean and the people stroll by. The swimming pool is in the back though which is a shame that you can't see the ocean. If only they allowed pets it would be just about perfect!!

I love this hotel because of the location, the cleanliness, attentive staff, the beautiful garden courtyard with a pool & I did not have any trouble with insects. It is also very spacious and you can walk to everything. Ramon's scuba is right in front of this hotel which is very good, but had a bad experience with a haughty, arrogant and rude bar tender at the bar next to Ramon's restaurant. Otherwise, I would recommend Ramon's for scuba & for a trip to the blue hole.

Room Tip: I loved the first floor right on the beach.

This is my second time to stay at the Palms and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The hotel is ideally located in between restaurants and close to town. The beach is clean and perfect for children to build sandcastles or just relax and soak up the sun. . The kitchens are well equipped, so if you wanted to cook in it was convenient. The employees at the hotel were wonderful to my children and helpful with information to insure we had a memorable vacation. The landscaper of the property spent extra time explaining his growing techniques when he found out I was interested. His plants are amazing! The employees really take pride in their jobs and it shows with the care that each guest receives and the cleanliness of this hotel. These people deliver an amazing vacation. Don’t be disappointed by staying somewhere else. Stay here.
