Breakfast- omelet or belizian breakfast, excellent; lunch- ceviche, or conch fritters, excellent- dinner- snapper, ka-bobs, or rib-eye( melt in your mouth) all excellent. Service by nicest people and talk to chef for info on how to cook when we go home. Doesn't get any better.
