Not only is this is the best located property on the island, it is also beautiful, spacious, modern & extremely clean. Each room has a private ensuite, large living area, well equipped kitchen, private balcony, large pool & roof spa. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.
This property is gorgeous, there is a pool, the villas are spacious, bikes are included, and it's right on the main strip.
We got such a great deal. We booked the Hummingbird villa on AirBNB, but it was double booked, so they upgraded us to the CayeReef hotel. It was a great deal and we were really happy to be so much closer to everything.
We were able to rent bikes to ride around town, making our commutes that much quicker.
After one week and a half traveling in Guatemala and Belize this was the best place we stayed in. It was 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with a big kitchen fully equipped, a big leaving room with TV and a balcony with ocean view. It is located very close to the Lazy Lizard which is a great place to swim, chill out and enjoy good cocktails.

Rooms are spacious and clean - both bedrooms have an ensuite and good storage.
Well equipped kitchen / dining room and lovely balcony overlooking the sea; a family of four and/or two couple would be very comfortable in this apartment (there were just two of us). There is also a nice roof terrace which families will like.
Probably the best location on the island; close to the main swimming beach and restaurants, but far enough away for it to be very peaceful at night.
The owners will organise a 'taxi' (golf cart) to pick you up from the ferry which is nice.
We stayed for 11 days in Penthouse # 6. The apartment had large rooms, beautiful ocean views and a great balcony. The building had it's own pool and a great rooftop jaccuzzi which was very popular with us at sunset. The staff arranged our transportation for us from Belize city airport and the apartment was cleaned for us every 3 days. We would certainly stay here again.
The location, pool, roof, and rooms seem to be the best on the island. I would go back next time. It's not over the top luxury but that's not the vibe of the whole island... if you want that go elsewhere.
