Cabanas were very clean. Had a/c, a small kitchenette, and free drinkable water in the rooms. They have a lovely dock with hammocks and chairs. There were snorkeling gear and kayaks for use. The best part is the bikes to use. Definitely useful to get around the island in the heat! Colin and Linda are truly wonderful. They were super nice and full of information. They were in the midst of training a new front office staff named Juan. Everyone there is extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

We wanted to stay for 5 nights, sadly but unsurprisingly they are very popular and we had to settle for a one night tantalising taster. Book early to avoid disappointment is my advice! Doesn't take long to appreciate that this place is on to a winner, however. The cheerful, freshly painted blue and yellow cabins just ooze holiday happiness and inside they are just so cosy. You really do get remarkable value for money with free purified water, a wonderfully powerful hot shower and a big comfortable bed. The free bikes are also a real bonus and we loved nipping about the island with the wind in our hair. I have only good things to say about the owners who went out of their way to make sure we were set for the rest of our trip and I loved how Linda was colour coordinated with her cabins when we arrived; don't know if she always wears blue and yellow tshirt and shorts combos though!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and loved the location (quiet, but easy walk or ride to everything), cleanliness, friendly, helpful hosts and staff. The bikes that come with every cabana make it great for getting around the whole island, if you want, and not worry if there isn't one available when you want it. The palapa and pier are the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon or watch the moon over the water. We could not have imagined a more perfect getaway.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. We were greeted by Linda as soon as we arrived, she gave us the run down of the Island and where to go. Rooms were great! We had a queen bed and a separate room with a kitchen. I could make my own quesadillas and piña coladas. The free bikes is an awesome, perk. You can walk the island but to get somewhere fast in the heat of day, the bikes are a must. Very friendly, very helpful would go back in a heart beat. It is just secluded enough and away from the main strip to make it a perfect place to stay.

My wive and I stayed here in mid May, and I must say that we LOVED Colinda Cabanas. Linda was extremely friendly and helpful, she is the epitome of excellent customer service. We enjoyed the cabana we stayed in (Cabana #6), the bike that comes with the cabana were and added plus, the hammock in the cabana.

We were in the sea facing cabana and loved it. Waking up in the morning to the perfect ocean view in a large cabana was a great start to our holiday. Linda is a great host and was always available to offer advice on where to go and what to see on the Caye. We made use of the free bikes as Caye Caulker is a great place to explore on them.

We stayed in Cabana 2 (on the beach, top floor); it was our final stop of our Belize trip and we absolutely loved it. The cabana was immaculately clean, charming, and well-provisioned. The sea breeze kept the interior cool, though we were happy to take advantage of the A/C in the bedroom at night (I think the smaller cabanas don't have AC and we probably actually would have been fine - there is a great breeze, especially at night).

Additionally, Linda (we didn't have the chance to meet Colin) was an excellent hostess, providing cold Belikins and beach towels and other extras, as well as advice. The extras really made our stay great - we used the free bikes to get around town every day, and spent many hours in the hammock under the palapa at the end of the private pier. Gorgeous view, thoughtful amenities, quiet and private. And again, so so clean - I cannot stress how spotless it was. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Caye Caulker.

Room Tip: The larger cabanas right on the beach have A/C, but all of them are quite and quiet.
