They were very busy the night we came. Felt like the "it" place. Good food, good prices. Nice folks.

“Charming place”
Reviewed 2 March 2014

We found this place and loved it. Owned by a very nice husband and wife. You can tell it is a family operation. The meals were very good portions and at a great price. You can sit upstairs and watch the action below on the street. We LOVED the ceviche there...found it to be one of the best we tried on the island. We went back there a few times and just loved the evening atmosphere of the locals and travlers together.

“Arguably, the best combination of quality and price at the island.”
Reviewed 1 February 2014 via mobile

This wonderful place is a bit off the main dining area in the island but very close to give it a shot anyway. It doesn't look fancy from outside but even pricy Habanero doesn't look outstanding either.

To make a long story short, they serve damn good food, evidently prepared by someone, who knows how to cook good. Period! We were there twice already and plan to pay a visit them again. And they are very affordable indeed. If you knew me personally, you would know that I know what good food means exactly. Fine dining is one of my main passions and I circled the world many times eating good and bad culinary combinations even in three Michelin star restaurants in Paris in the past. Bottom line - it is all about good ingredients and cooking that makes us clients to enjoy what we eat. And we were far from being disappointed at this place.

Cool place but very average food . A cheap meal in and upstairs lair with an overview of passers by on the street. No more no less...

“Best on the island! Get the conch soup. Period.”
Reviewed 26 December 2013

We ate here for dinner three times in five days, it was that good! Definitely get the conch soup - savory, coconutty, and huge portion of conch! Throw in some hot sauce for good measure.

The grilled lobster was also delicious. The portion is small since it is only the tail, but relatively cheap. So load up on another dish, like baked fish, ceviche, or spicy chicken burger - $3 to $8USD each. For me and my ravenous boyfriend, we usually spent $30USD on dinner for appetizer/soup and two plates. We always left full and happy.

The service is wonderful as well. Justin and Mama Marin are both kind and all smiles.
