It may not be a flashy place, but the food and the people are amazing. Get the conch soup- you are welcome.

We were impressed with the authentic flavors, fresh and homemade sauces and great owners. This place is Belizean owned by one of the original families on the he island. Not only did we really enjoy our meal, but we were happy to support local business and chat with the family.

If you need to find it- it is the upstairs restaurant next to the I&I reggae bar.

It bears repeating. Conch soup. Conch steak.

They were very busy the night we came. Felt like the "it" place. Good food, good prices. Nice folks.

We found this place and loved it. Owned by a very nice husband and wife. You can tell it is a family operation. The meals were very good portions and at a great price. You can sit upstairs and watch the action below on the street. We LOVED the ceviche there...found it to be one of the best we tried on the island. We went back there a few times and just loved the evening atmosphere of the locals and travlers together.

This wonderful place is a bit off the main dining area in the island but very close to give it a shot anyway. It doesn't look fancy from outside but even pricy Habanero doesn't look outstanding either.

To make a long story short, they serve damn good food, evidently prepared by someone, who knows how to cook good. Period! We were there twice already and plan to pay a visit them again. And they are very affordable indeed. If you knew me personally, you would know that I know what good food means exactly. Fine dining is one of my main passions and I circled the world many times eating good and bad culinary combinations even in three Michelin star restaurants in Paris in the past. Bottom line - it is all about good ingredients and cooking that makes us clients to enjoy what we eat. And we were far from being disappointed at this place.
