Artie and Kat are the best tour guide's we have ran across in a long time on Caye Caulker. My husband and I along with family and friends did the half day tour " Taste of De Island" I loved that we left at noon to avoid the rush. Artie led the way on the South Channel, he showed us all the reef fish, coral formation and also spotted a friendly more eel that wanted to be apart of our group !! Shark and Ray alley was very cool to see. On the way back we drifted in the sea while Kat prepared a delicious platter of tropical fruits (Yummy), really came in handy. We will be back!! Thanks Artie and Kat for the Amazing Experience!!!

My husband and I have been coming to Caye Caulker on and off for decades. Part of the island's allure is the beautiful snorkeling (and diving) available close by. We have done most trips many times and never get tired of the experience. Anda de Wata is top notch for several reasons. I'd like to keep them a secret, but to support their business, am 'breaking down' and posting this review.
First of all, their business is a little off the beaten path, so be sure to search them out - a little south of "downtown" and just west of the Tropical Paradise Hotel (across from Marin's Restaurant and I&I Reggae Bar).
Art grew up on Caye Caulker, knows the waters and wildlife very well, and can answer your questions. He points out varieties of fish and stops to tell you about them, while you are snorkeling. He respects the marine life, and his people guests - only taking small groups, so there is not a mob of people competing to see items of interest. He is sensitive to the needs of his guests; helping those who need help, and making himself available as needed to the others. He is always organized, on time, and prepared for the trip. The local reef trip is really great, and we especially enjoy the trip to the Hol Chan marine reserve. We appreciated Artie and Kat scheduling that trip during our visit this year in February/March!

What stands out about this company compared to others on the island is that they are very well organized and have a great website that fully explains each tour along with easy online booking and payment so that you don't have to carry cash. Tour was professional, friendly, a lot of fun, and exactly as described on the website. Thank you! Cassie and Andy

We did the full-day tour one day and loved it so much we did the half-day tour the next day! Art is a wonderful guide; knowledgeable, kind, and fun! He put in an extra stop or two when something interesting was to be seen, like a very old and very large lager heard turtle! He was in the water with us, pointing out specific fish, corals, and such. Kat was a delight and gave us all the details for each tour, helping us pick the best ones for us. They couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Can't wait to go back and visit and tour with these wonderful folks again! p.s. We are in our mid-50's and would recommend this tour to any age group.

Don't look any further- if you want a quality snorkel trip, go with Art at Anda de Wata. He is an experienced guide that goes above and beyond. He is not the type to drive the boat to a place then dump you in the water to look around. He gets in with you, guides you through the reef, and points out various fish and wildlife. He even leaves a little later in the morning so the crowds are much reduced...by the final stop, we had the whole place to ourselves!

I'm a fairly experienced snorkler, and this was one of the better customer service experiences I've had. We were so pleased with a very interactive experience that knocked our socks off!
