Chose this place on the spur of the moment when we decided to stay on Caye Caulker instead of Ambergris Caye. One of the cleaner places we looked at. It is up north near the split. Rooms were pretty clean and everything worked well including the a/c. Bed was hard as a rock as some other posts mention. We tolerated it. A little miffed at the bait and switch. We called and asked about rooms. We're told they had a $79US so we said we would be right over. Upon arrival the room became $89US and by the way, it won't be ready until 3:00pm because of some repair. Uh ok... Well, at 5:00pm the room was swept out and we were allowed in. After a long day of travel and the heat of it all we were not impressed with that but it was getting late and we really didn't want to search around any more that day. The rooftop hammocks are nice, the pool is nice, and it is a nice place to stay. On our checkout day a maid stopped in to tell us we better be out by 11:00am. Hello? We still had some time so we went to the roof to relax before hauling our stuff on down the road. We came back in plenty of time and be danged if she wasn't waiting on us to make sure we were vamanose pronto. She said she had a note to make sure we were out so she could get in since the room was rented for that evening. Wait just a minute tonto! Did we not have to wait all afternoon for the repair people? Did we not pay more than we were quoted? And now we better move on rapido? That was all we needed to move to a better place for the rest of our month in Belize.

Great rooms, awesome balcony and upper sun deck with hammocks and sun loungers!!! We road the bicycles everyday!! I almost did not write this review because I do not want any more tourist to locate this hideaway!!! Felix at Tsunami Tours was our personal guide! Barbara is great! Kept the coffee and the creamer ready for morning!

Room Tip: Only issue was the bed was so hard, we just moved the futon mattress and made it cushy!!!

Really great rooms, awesome colors, great veranda, the palpala(roof top), was amazing to hang out on, unlimited filtered water, working stove top with oven, plates and silverware, good knife set. All around awesome. The hostess Barbara is a funny lady, she helped us out immensely with what to do, eat, and travel plans. Good priced rooms, with a great pool, good working bikes and an amazing breeze. The five nights we stayed there were definitely a huge highlight of our trip.

we stayed twice here and loved it. The show is a bit tough on your feet but hey no problem really. The rooms are spotless, tv, free water, small kitchen area with all you need. Cool rooftop with hammocks and loungers. nice pool and free bike use for getting around. good spot near the split but Caye Caulker is small so nowhere was too far. Amazing resturants to choose from we did not have a bad meal anywhere, and the cocktails are massive..... A great place to stay on a cool laid back island.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Condos. We were suppose to be there 10 nights, however afer the 3rd night had to find another place to finish our trip. The service was great, staff friendly, and on the spot, however the bed was so hard, and unpleasant, my husband and I could hardly move, and were exausted from a lack of sleep. The air conditioning in our room we lacking to say the least, and we ended up using the breaze more then anything. I ended up skipping a diving trip with my husband to find a new location to stay, and moved all of our stuff burning a day of vacation. Nice people, good price, good location, but beware of the beds, and a few bugs that may appear during the night.

These condos have a kitchen with microwave small frig, coffee pot (almost unheard of in Belize), filter water, and on top of that they furnish you a bicycle to get about the island on. The rooms are clean the showers big. Cleaning service not the best, but ok. The view from the roof is the best in town. The roof also sports a plapa with hammocks and patio chairs for those that want to sunbath.
The price is median and a good buy for the amenities.

The condos are conveniently located at the nicest part of the island, right across from the water. The condos have lots of extra amenities. When my wife and I travel we love to eat dinners out, but often prefer to pick up food at the market for breakfasts and lunches, so having a kitchen is a huge bonus for anywhere we stay. The condos also feature showers done in stones with 2 shower heads (great for couples). If you just want to relax, there are shaded hammocks up on the roof where during my stay you could find me in the late afternoons with a book. The condos also offer bicycles you can borrow during the day to get around the island. We road them all over exploring every the island. I definitely recommend these to anyone visiting Caye Caulker.
