“Fantastic food in casual setting away from the crowds”
Reviewed 20 July 2014

The lobster curry at Maggie's was amazing! We went looking for Maggie's (not on touristy Front street so you have to look for it - turn opposite Ez Boy tours) and were so glad we did! The family that run Maggie's are so lovely, you feel you are joining them to share a family meal. Away from the bustle of Front street on west side, with everything made fresh to order. We had the lobster curry - lobster tail with a delicious creamy curry sauce and choice of sides - and our daughter had "fish fingers" - 2 enormous breaded fish fillets. They are open all day until 9pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have a licence so we can enjoy a cold beer as well. We went back many times it was so good.

“Little gem!!”
Reviewed 21 June 2014 via mobile

Found Maggie's whilst cycling around the island and we were delighted with it's peaceful and friendly atmosphere! Great beer, but particularly outstanding was the curry lobster. It was so tender, fresh and deliciously spiced - highly recommend this little gem of a restaurant, tucked away from the main tourist strip!

“Great Belizean food”
Reviewed 31 May 2014

We found Maggie's 2 day's before we were to leave Caye Caulker, so we only got to enjoy 1 meal at this wonderful place. Maggie made us feel like family and cooked us up the best stewed chicken with rice and beans that we have ever had in Belize. Her bartender is such a sweetheart, and her very entertaining son in law Earl is great for a few laughs. We will be back.

“Tasty home cooking”
Reviewed 27 May 2014

Meet Maggie and enjoy her perfect fried jacks with a good ol' fashioned egg and bacon breakfast. Fresh fruit, yogurt, and smoothies are also available. Small and off the beaten path, this is a place that both local patrons and tourists enjoy. Prices are better than on front street. Went back numerous times.
