“The perfect home for staying in paradise”

The Reef House with the downstairs apartment was the perfect size for our group of nine. We cooked breakfast each morning, thanks to the market that was only a short bike ride away and a well-equipped kitchen. The A/C kept the whole house very cool and inviting when we needed a break from the sun and humidity. Communication and ease of check-in was great with the owner. We found the house clean and comfortable. I would recommend the Reef House and already have about a dozen time since returning from our trip.

We enjoyed everything about this place! Very quiet area and only a short walk to town. Loved all the wood inside and the wrap around porch was perfect in the morning and the evening. We planned to use the kitchen but just too many good reasonable restaurants to try! Highly recommended:)

“Excellent house on caye caulker”

The house was great. Situated just out of the busy part of the island so we had nice peaceful nights when we wanted them. Great views from the walk around balconies. The wood work in the house is very nice. There are tons of glass doors that you can open and get fresh air in the evenings. The air conditioners worked excellent, plenty of hot water for the shower. There was tons of kitchen utensils if you wish to cook but we pretty much just ate $12.50 USD lobster dinner every night. The owners were great and put up with our tequila parties on the balcony lol. I would highly recommend this place to stay on caye caulker. Make sure to find the little kitchen restaurant while you're there. It's a tiny hole in the wall place but every dinner we had there was fantastic and cheap. You can skip rose's restaurant. They claimed to have the best seafood on the island so we had it as our first meal and not only was it mediocre but almost twice the price as the other places.

Seek out the banana bread vendor on the bicycle. It's fantastic and usually hot out of the oven when you find him

“Great house, great location! We loved The Reef House.”

We loved staying at the Reef House. The location is only a 5 minute bike ride which we liked because we didn't want to be in town. The owners were easy to communicate with and the manager, Michael, was right across the street and was very gracious and helpful. Of all the houses we saw, we liked The Reef House the best!!! Super house.
