We were given the information on this restaurant by a local. It is located in a small market "strip" of small eateries, behind the fire station and across the street from the market in Belmopan. It has good signage (for Belize) ... you are looking for a light blue shack, with a smiling man in front (usually).
There is not a huge "selection" of food here; Raj pretty much tells you what his lovely wife has prepared and makes suggestions for you. If you are a fan of Indian cuisine, you will NOT be disappointed, no matter what you get! You can choose vegetarian options and get the same great service.
Go hungry! The food just keeps coming out, and you begin to wonder if you misread the menu where it said "complete meal $10BZ". Yep. More food than you can eat for $5 US. All the while you are getting a food/culture/language lesson as well.
