I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the talented efforts Chef Edwin at Turtle Inn during our August stay in Belize. They made us gluten-free breads and pizza crusts from prepared mixes and cooked gluten-free pasta that we packed in our suitcases. Chef Edwin even prepared homemade gluten-free gnocci as a surprise!
All our meals were delicious, and I truly appreciate all the extra effort your staff gave to ensure a delicious, healthy, fun vacation for my boys, my husband and me.
