We were connected to Tide Tours by our hotel Coral House Inn during our stay in Punta Gorda. Delonie Forman, manager, was super helpful and informative in helping us plan our snorkelling tourmand answering all of our questions. Because our snorkeling tour was leaving at 6:30am to catch the calm waters, she arranged for a pickup at our hotel at no extra charge and also got a catered breakfast for us. The snorkelling tour to Snake Cayes with Roberto as our guide was excellent. Roberto was so fun with the kids and so knowledgable. Delonie gave us great recommendations for places to eat during our stay (Olympic Grill and Walucas). When she couldn't get a guide for us on short notice for a next day tour, she told us about Cyrilla's Choclates and their cacao farm tour and choclate making which we drove to our selves. Thanks Delonie for making our time in PG great.

I'm very glad to know that you enjoyed our tours and that all went well. Wish we had a tourguide available to take your family out into the jungle to experience Belize's Rainforest Adventures, especially that Toledo is home to the Only True Rainforest in Belize. Thank you for sharing your experience with others and hope to have you back in Toledo sometime in the future......

Warmest Regards,
Delonie

Peacework has brought our volunteer groups snorkeling with TIDE Tours for years. We always know it will be a fun, educational experience, and that we will be in good hands. I would recommend this company to other groups or individuals looking to learn about marine life in Belize, see it close up, and have fun doing it.

We took 20 university students on both the snorkeling trip and the Cave tour...it was amazing. Our guides knew the area and were used to dealing with a group that had novice to expert.s We were picked up on time at our hotel and given a very full day of fun on both trips. I still cannot belive we got such wonderful trips for so little cost. Our students felt like the TIDE trips were the highlight of the trip...especially jumping off the cliff into Rio Blanco! I must also tell you that swimming into the cave is truly one of the most beautiful and inspiring things in southern Belize. While the water was COLD, our guide kept us moving and kept our atttention on the amazing sights we were seeing.
I highly recommend you take these trips. You will see the beauty of the area with trained guides who seem to be able to answer any question you ask. Miss Delone took excellent care of the group and checked frequently to be sure she had the days planned how we wanted them...a wonderful organization!

Thank you for the rave review, Professor037! Blue Creek Cave and Rio Blanco Waterfall has become one of our most popular tours and the reaction to it is the same time and time again. Belize truly is an amazing place to explore. We are glad you had an amazing time and hope to see you soon!

I was able to do a couple different tours with this organization. We were able to take a boat to the West Snake Keys (Dont worry there were no snakes) and go snorkeling. The boat ride there was beautiful with the turquoise Caribbean waters. We were then able to practice a bit on an island that we had all to ourselves. We then went out with a guide and was able to see awesome sea creatures: big star fish, a barracuda, a nurse shark, purple coral and many colorful fish. A great adventure!

The other tour we did was the Coca Farm- you get to go into the jungle and they point out all the different types of plants as well as the different types of coca. Then, you get to make your own chocolate and test the different types. There was so much to this tour- information and a beautiful setting. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about organic farming.

Both trips were excellent! Well worth the charge (which was a good deal) . The tour guides were excellent and TIDE tours also plays a huge environmental role in Belize.

Tide tours did a wonderful job on our tour of the Mayan ruins. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He allowed us to move at our own pace and went out of his way to accommodate us. We would use them again in Belize
