On our return visit to Americus two years after our first trip, we returned for a special occasion (my wife's birthday) to the Rosemary & Thyme restaurant inside the 100+ year old Windsor Hotel. We were well please with the food and service two years ago, but since then, they experienced a change in chefs. The current chef, who began in January, is just as good if not better than the previous chef, and the food we had was excellent. The service was very good as well and our server want to be sure to attend to our every need and answered any questions we had about the historic old hotel or about Americus and surroundings.
