The gardens are small but nicely managed, the staff are excellent and there are great views of the lake.

Reviewed 1 July 2013

The restaurant is in front of the lake, surrounded of wonderful gardens, it is very nice and quiet!! We ate tipical Guatemalan´s Food. Excellent taste and presentation. The waiters are very friendly and makes you feel very good in the restaurant. Excellent attention!!! The price is not the cheaper one, but it is worh it!! Believe me, you´ll love the place. Try to stay in the hotel, it looks amazing.

“Much better than the hotel these surround. . .”
Reviewed 9 May 2013

These gardens are just lovely, the consequence of the fertile grounds of a former coffee plantation and Guatemala's benign climate. The hotel charges non-overnight guests 55Q each to view the garden, but this is still a better alternative to staying at the hotel, which is essentially a motel with Taco Bell roofs.

“Diversity full of bloom”
Reviewed 7 May 2013

I was simply amazed and how manicured this botanical garden was and that all plants were in full bloom. This is attributed to the climate here which allows this garden to thrive year around.
