There was a group of 12 of us on a mission trip to Honduras week of July7-14,2014. Instead of our regular dinner out at a local place in Tugucigalpa we elected to spend a bit more on our dinner traet and went to Le Cumbre. The reality is it cost us about $10 more per person than our usual steak place in the city. The food was much better and we enjoyed a spectacular view of the city.
The service was impoeccable and we enjoyed a choice of a Cajun Chicken Pasta Alfredo, a pork chop that weighed in excess of 16 ounces or a Red Snapper dish that was delightful. The desert was a chocolate sampler with a small mousse, a handmade chocolate truffle, and a strwberry resting in fresh cream.
All things considered I would have driven halfway across the country for this meal. It was that good!
