but really cool. Somewhat secluded and great surf coming in all of the time. Good for star gazing after sundown.

Very picturesque beach, the walk down the path take a little effort but the view and the beach are worth the effort.

Secret Beach is beautiful, but not quite a "secret." Definitely know when the high and low tides are. The little hike isn't bad at all if you're in decent shape. The water is definitely very rough, but are so cool to view from the beach as they crash along the rocky parts of the beach.

I'd highly recommend this beach as a lesser visited, very picturesque, quiet beach (though it's not quite a secret). It's a fairly large beach, so if you are looking for solitude, as we were, you can almost certainly find a secluded spot away from other people. We didn't go in the water, but the swimming conditions looked pretty good. The only caveat is that the hike to the beach is a short walk (10-15 minutes), but is VERY steep at times. It can be pretty tiring, especially coming back up! Fortunately, it was dry on the day we visited, but it could potentially be a bit treacherous if the trail were muddy.

Secret Beach is beautiful....to look at! However, it is not a great place for young children to play in the water. The waves were very rough the day we were visiting and there is a significant drop off as soon as you step in the water. It is a muddy trek down (which means UP when you are hot and sandy) so taking all the beach paraphernalia would not be an option for me. Also, ran into two naked girls...smh.
