“Relaxing stay”
Reviewed 4 September 2013

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Albion B&B.
The host/owner is very hospitable and a great conversationalist.
He made an excellent breakfast for us each morning and has fantastic fresh bread that he bakes himself.
The Principal's suite worked out perfectly for our family with a bedroom separated from the living area and full kitchen and bathroom.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Room Tip: The area was a little colder than we expected for the time of year, so pack a light jacket even in t...

Unique, friendly, and inspiring family operated bed and breakfast with delicious food, well maintained grounds, and excellent service. I highly recommend.
Magnificent reconstruction of a historical school building with a beautiful mountain backdrop in Albion, Idaho. Extremely nice owners that give refreshing insight and information about the area.
Overall excellent experience everyone should try once in their life.
Did I mention delicious food?

Inspiring couple who broke their trek to the promised land at our home. Their canine companions were better behaved than many peoples children. We wish them all the best in their new home in the great Northwest and are sure they will be appreciated where ever they land. Many Happy returns Chad and Susan.

My sister and I stayed here while attending a family reunion. To accommodate a guest with a special request the owner upgraded our room at no additional cost to the Principal Suite.

It was spacious and I liked how some of the doors had room numbers on them from the old school.

We did not go away from breakfast hungry because we were offered plenty to eat. Chad (the owner) is also a baker so the breads are made fresh. We bought cinnamon raisin bread to take home with us and it was delicious.

One of the guests flushed something they shouldn't have, which caused a back up in our bathroom. They were quick to respond and take care of the problem and made sure everything was sanitized before we used the facility again.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We held our Family Reunion at the Albion B & B. Chad greeted us when we arrived and showed us all through the whole place. It is a unique B & B, because it has been converted from an old school. The conversion is still in process, so I'm sure the place will get better and better. We had family members staying in the rooms, and also RV's on the property. Chad was super to work with us in all ways. There is an elementary school across the street and we used the grounds to set up some of our activities. The kids loved the game room with the ping pong table. They also loved playing pool in the Bunk room. We loved the themed bedrooms that fit with the old school theme. At this time, only some of the bedrooms have their own exclusive bathroom. We loved having use of the big commercial kitchen. For dinner one night, Chad made pizza crusts for us and we just put the toppings on and baked them. They were delicious! I wish we had planned to use his baked goods more in our menus - our loss!
Albion is a friendly small community. Everyone waves at you! One down side, there is no grocery store in Albion. Be sure and get your groceries before you arrive! We had a great time.

Room Tip: The Principle Suite is probably one of the nicest rooms.

The rooms in this place are beautiful and historic. Each room is themed to match the school's history and there are even messages from many years ago left written on the chalk boards. The owner of the place is kind and knowledgable about the history of the building. I would definitely stay here again. The prices and history are unbeatable.

The history in the building alone is worth the trip, comfortable beds, any size room to fit any family, friendly owner, fair prices and the breakfast is AMAZING!!!! We stayed two nights while in town for a family reunion in the Arts and Crafts room....Chad made sure we had everything we needed and even brought in two extra mats for my kids to sleep on, more than enough room for my family of 5. Breakfast both days was so much more than we expected , French toast made from homemade pumpkin cranberry bread was the best French toast I have ever had anywhere!!! My family and I will be staying here anytime we are in the area!

Room Tip: Geography room and Arts and Crafts room both directly across from the bathroom
