We were in Aurora for the weekend for an event at the beautiful Paramount theater. Joined some friends of ours for dinner at Two Brothers. This restaurant is housed in a 150 year old former train roundhouse- the oldest one in the US! What a great job they have done in turning this large, interesting space into a brewery, 2 level dining room, event facility, bar and coffee shop. We loved the looks of the dining room with its many levels of seating/table areas. All surrounding a large bar. The menu offers a lot of starters and small plates along with the entrees. Fairly standard American bar far, with some more inventive options thrown in the mix, such as brussels sprouts, mussels, seafood, etc... There was plenty to choose from. Great mixed drinks and of course, large beer selection. We all enjoyed our food, drinks, and the atmosphere. The servers were all quite friendly, but the service itself was a little less coordinated than expected. We would definitely return to this place if we should find ourselves in Aurora again!
