Unfortunately, in Okoboji you do not have many choices for fine dining. This place finds itself among 2 to 3, maybe 4. We love to eat out so we have been to this restaurant frequently. The menu is the same it's been for the last several years. The specials are the same that they have had for the last several years, as well. I highly doubt there is anything farm to table fresh. I pretty sure the fish is not. Its certainly not sustainably caught fish. It's all just "okay." There's nothing that a traveled foodie would write home about. It's an OLD "establishment" that doesn't really have to work on staying relevant and fresh. I guess they did bring in new drinks this year but make sure you bring a credit card for the copper cup! You might try to steal it!!! Also, I'm not sure you'd say it's a good customer experience. It's incredibly loud. The owner goes around and greets only the people he knows. Don't be late or you'll lose your reservation!!! And if the waitress spills your wine glass, well, they'll replace it with a half glass. How generous!!!
