Poor ! I would give only 1 star for this hotel.Clean, tidy, but needs a good manager and some financial "injection".Meals are very poor, tablecloth in the place they call restaurant are worn out, surrounding around swimming pool looks awful.....

We are currently sitting in reception awaiting pick up for the airport and must say generally have been disappointed with our stay, like most of the reviews the food is very disappointing, braised vegetables for breakfast???? And then the same for lunch with either fish or chicken thrown in, didn't try dinner as breakfast and lunch were punishment enough. Our room was cleaned every day but the shower was broken and a door missing of a cupboard, with a bit of effort the hotel would be beautiful, it just seems no one cares. Location is good 5/10 mins beach, 20mins great restaurants (mcdonalds and Pizza Hut for kids), all the staff were friendly except for when checking out we were accused of stealing hotel towels ( our dogs at home have better towels) and then guilt tripped as we were told the maid would have to pay for them, in conclusion ok for a week and the money we paid (£600 for both of us) anymore and we would have been devastated,

We were travelling a lot and hardly spent any time on property, therefore it served its purpose - the rooms were clean, housekeeping visited on a regular basis, changed towels, etc. For those that notice a crack in the window, a little loose faucet, missing tile in the courtyard, etc - I would suggest staying somewhere else. For light sleepers - the sound insulation would not make you very happy.
The food was very mediocre in terms of selection and quality. It was just filling the stomach not to be hungry, far from delicious and enjoyable meals.
Pool area - clean and well looked after. Staff - very friendly and helpful.
Overall - the hotel is fine if your goal is to move around and not stay there full time. Vacationers that are fans of all inclusive should look elsewhere.

This at best is an average 3 star hotel. On the postive the rooms are very spacious and clean and serviced daily. Location is great - 5 mins walk to beach, 15 walk mins to main beach front strip, 5/10 mins walk to town centre, 20 walk/5 min taxi to El Had Souk. Pool area ok. Breakfast is a buffet with good selection (however not typical fare for Ireland/UK visitors). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Decor and rooms very dated and in need of refurbishment. Typical services that one would expect for 4 star e.g. room service, laundry facilities (no iron) and assistance with luggage are not available. You have to pay for a card to activate the safe in the room. This is not a hotel if you have any mobility issues as access to all areas including rooms involves steps and stairs. The lifts were broken for most of our visit.
Altough advertised as a Spa hotel (which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel) there was no open Spa or facilities.

Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend as good value 2/3 star basic accommodation hotel.

Spent the past week in Le Tivoli with 5 friends. We had a family suite, and a double room. The rooms were lovely. They were clean, very spacious and were cleaned every day. Towels were replaced daily or whenever we requested. The hotel is stated to be 4* but it is definitely not. It is a 3*. The place isn't immaculate, but it is clean and perfect for a base in Agadir.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a really friendly receptionist called Fatima. She couldn't have been more friendly. Smoking indoors is allowed in Morocco, and it does taint the first impression. Once you get over this, it is fine.

On our second day, we met the hotel rep Said. He was also really really helpful and recommended some great trips and things to do. We went on a day trip to Marrakech among other things. Said gave us some great advice about getting around Agadir, and helped us with things that we would otherwise have not known. (Tipping, taxis, safety etc)

We spent most of our days by the pool which we found to be clean and relaxing.

We ate breakfast each morning in the hotel. It is a buffet spread offering breads/salads/eggs/crepes/fruit etc. It is not amazing by any means, but it is fine. For such a good price, you can't expect a 5* breakfast!

Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay at Le Tivoli.
