If you have high expectations, then check in elsewhere. But if you have a low budget and reasonable expectations within this level of price category, then this hotel is OK. Within 150 m, you are at the beach and a boulevard filled with restaurants, bars and other hotels. The staff is very friendly. Considering they work at very low wages, and the general habit, it is respectfull to tip them 10% if you appreciate their efforts to please you. Drinks are reasonble to cheap, depending on wath you want. One can take breakfast or evening meal in or outside at the pool. The breakfast can be composed by yourself, different types of breakfast possible. Allways hot coffee (no expresso) and hot milk, cereals, continental breakfast, stired eggs are immediattely made on request. No food is served at noon. In the evening there is a variety of prepations warm and cold, Most of the warm food is traditional kitchen. Is NEVER spicy. Not very much variation. Dessert is mostly a variety of fruits: watermellon (allways), other mellon, plums, pears, oranges, fresh figs, grapes, ...
The hotel is close to the beach. After crossing a busy street, a new placed path decends thourough a small park in developpement. Bikini's are allowed on the beach. Monokini only at swimming pools in the hotels. If you travel with Neckermann, the conductor named Achour, will inform you very good in Dutch, French, German.
At the swimming pool a one man band brings every evening an international repertoire. It is disturbing people who try to sleep at the pool side of the hotel. There is no entertainment in the hotel, except on Thursday evenings. Local artist perform during dinner time.
One guy is caring for sunbathing and swimming people, so a real lifeguard is not present. The pool looks very clean.
It is, even in the hotel and in general, advised to never drink water from tap or from non self opened bottles.
I noticed that often complete flight crews, included pilots, stay in this hotel. Since traveling is their professional occupation, I think the hotel's reputation is certainly to be considered as acceptable.

Room Tip: Take a room s far as possible away from the main street AND away from the stairways, so you will avo...

I do not like to do a review like this but I had enough of the place. moved rooms 3 times only one lift is working and then on the ground floor the door gets stuck so I had to go to the first floor and walk down.
Rooms are small two single bed push together . They are clean but very old looking.
Staff are only ok not too much English but that is ok I will have to get more French the next time I go to Agadir.
Also 200m to the beach would be a big no and it is uphill on the way back which is grand for me but the older people might find it a bit hard.
one last thing stay out of the pool it is like a big bird bath early in the morning I must have seen over 50 gulls in there most mornings
Agadir is a great place with a lot of hotels , when I go back again in October I know where I will not be staying.
So if you want a cheap hotel this is the place. I would give it 2 out of 5 at best

Room Tip: make sure you ask to see the room before you book into it and away from the lifts and the street as...

I have booked a holiday for my mother and I as her 50th Bday present to this hotel and she absolutely LOVED it! If you want to do Morocco on the cheap, this is the hotel to stay: no gimmicks, nice spacious room, excellent service, decent food and close vicinity to the beach.

Caution - this hotel is NOT on the beach like the rest of the hotels in Agadir, you have to cross the main road to get to the beach but it is 5mins walkign distance. the probelm with this is - if you are a female - you will get harrassed byt the locals as the beach is not private and everyone has access. The hotel itself has a small pool so if you prefer to stay in, the pool has plenty of sunbeds and the local bartender will bring your drinks over everytime you give him a wink ;)

I would give this hotel a 2-3 star rating simply because its outdoor facilities, the rooms were very clean and well kept. The food was your typical Arabic/North African style - they were pancakes, eggs, sausages etc for breakfast. We opted for the B&B option after reading the reviews and were happy to have done so as other guests with HB complained about repetition.

The breakfast was abundant and in the heat you really do not need lunch and if so, the hotel serves sandwiches. We always went out for dinner to a local Italian and were always greeted with a smile and out table was always reserved for us.

For what we had paid, I would not complain one bit.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the pool and on higher floor.

In 2007 we went to Morocco for a week. We stayed in hotel Oasis. Flight was straight from Dublin to Agadir, so we saved hours to travel to hotel. We booked a room just to sleep in because we decided to travel around Morocco, but the room we got was from the street side so we could hear everything from lound people to taxis. The great thing was that wen we asked for a room with a pool view person from reception had no problem to move us in! With no hassle and any grumbling. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food P E R F E C T ! ! ! No chance the table was left empty. In a second kitchen staff got another portion! Hotell is well situated from town, just minutes from it. Taxis are crazy cheap.
If I go back to Agadir I would stay only in there!!

one tip for all of you.
Dont trade prices and buy anything from people selling things on the street. From Oasis hotel turn right, cross the street and go down to the beach. On your right hand side theres a shop where you can find ALL gifts for a proper price :) Good for someone who wants to save a few bob.

Room Tip: at the start as for a room with a pool view. It's quiet and hill in Agadir looks great at night!

We decided to feel sorry for our children who are studying and no money and take them on holiday .As we are a family of 6 we wanted a fully inclusive centre but at a good price Oasis hotel ticked the boxes. This was better than our expectations the hotel was clean inside and the outside kept clean and tidy staff working all the time. The food was brilliant and the staff in the restaurants were particularly friendly and helpful we had to sometimes wait for cups and saucers not a problem but could imagine in July/ August could be a lot worse and frustrating. We had a brilliant family holiday and generally impressed after all the negative feedback

We stayed at the Oasis for one week and found it enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. However the hotel itself could be described as adequate rather than memorable, WI-FI access appeared to be confined to the reception area and availability was intermittent and slow. The rooms could best be described as compact and the balconies were not large enough to accommodate furniture. Breakfast provided a fairly wide menu covering most tastes, the breads and pasties were excellent. However the evening meal was not quite so appetizing and at 15/16 Euro per person a bit overpriced, we only eat there on one night and weren't impressed, what we saw other nights didn't encourage use to try again. In any event there were some excellent restaurants within walking distance. The Snack Bar had a limited menu available at lunch time and we eat there on a couple of days and found it quite good.
