I stayed here in Feb 2013. I was generally pleased with the place. Amenities all okay. However, the rooms are a tad tired. The place is overrun with unsophisticated French holidaymakers who's table manners leave a lot to be desired (they covet the strawberries and keep on their table before they've even started their main course) entertainment staff exceptional and get everyone involved. The Moroccan restaurant is fantastic. Beware if you're on an all inclusive as I was somewhat suspicious of the origin of the spirits which seemed to come from Eastern Europe. The traders in the courtyard are quite cheeky! Otherwise, good choice.

My family and friends had looked forward to our holiday in Morocco. The resort looked lovely from the pictures and some reviews spoke highly of the place.
Don't bother going to the Caribbean resort in Agadir!! It's a run down holiday camp!
I was waiting for the sound of "hello campers" to ring out over a tannoy.
There was no AC, like we asked for. The rooms were dirty, even though they are cleaned every day?! The food is atrocious and we ended up going out of the complex for meals. They want tipping on every corner you turn! We had a lovely view of a building site and there were various things broken or in need of repair. The people are very nice and actually have a sense of humour....unfortunately i think i had lost mine by day 2!
All in all......terrible

Improvement needed to the buffet restraunts. Too long queues and not enough plates and cups. Would recommend a la cartes much better but need to book in advance. Very busy round the big pool impossible to get a sunbed but smaller pools seemed to have pool attendants which were helpful. Rooms basic but clean and roomy. Would not recommend for adults only but plenty to do with kids day and night

Room Tip: Avoid low ground and by pool better away in blocks 3000

Very large complex, had a really big problem with ants and had to get them to supply us with insect spray. Although rooms were cleaned daily, it wasn't very good ok understandable, but they should have been cleaned properly before new people were placed. We had to pull heavy metal beds to spray there and there were crisps that had not been cleaned from whenever, after that the ant problem improved. They came before 9 am every morning removed the towels and didn't replace them until late afternoon. Food was really good tried all the themed restaurants loved 'Madame Butterfly' and 'Oriental'. would go again but not for 2 weeks, Moroccan people are really lovely people and we really enjoyed meeting them.

Stayed here from 17th July for 11 nights with my boyfriend. Had a fab time!! Did not have one problem with our room, as it was cleaned daily ( if you want clean towels there is a clear notice in the bathroom explaining that they need to be left in the shower tray so the maids know!). People complaining about rooms being dated... this isn't the case. Your in morocco where it is a complete different culture the rooms have a Moroccan feel to them which we liked and had no problem with. The Oasis was good food regularly changed there wasn't a time we found ourselves having to eat the same thing unless we chose to eat the same thing! People complaining about staff being miserable and unwelcoming. It's not about what nationality you are at all, all it takes is some polite manners and we found they really appreciated it. Plenty of times we would get a tap on the shoulder or a hand shake from a member of staff just for being us and nice. If your finding every little thing to try complain about and be negative about then yeah they aren't going to want to give you the time of day. Remember your in a different country!!!
Tried all restaurants bar one due to me not liking sushi. The medina was our favourite and we made friends with one of the waiters who also works in the oasis on a lunch time. Such a lovely and friendly man and went out if his way to give us a special last night by giving us our own table and putting pettles down on the table. On our last day he literally came running into the oasis at lunch time to say bye to us and welcoming us back next year.
The beach is lovely and the staff there did like to have a joke about especially with the females but it was not harmful what so ever. There are a lot of people selling things along the beach and outside the hotel but just say no and be polite and they tend to wish you a good day and get on with their day.
Although it's all inclusive the restaurant next door La Scala is soooo nice and is pretty cheap we ate there twice and enjoyed both times!!
For those who are going here soon I'm jealous I wish I was going back! Remember it is only 3 star and you make your holiday your own, there's plenty to do and see!!!

Ok where to start, the hotel had over 1,500 guests but 235 sun beds? The dinner hall you were lucky if you got cutlery the food was awful, you don't get unlimited drinks as the bars close as and when they feel like it, unless you tip every time then you can have what you want, the toilets on the village are worse then our public ones (filthy) I watched the cleaners on more then one occasion use the toilet brush holder to fill her bucket with water to clean the dinning room area? Your only one bottle of water per room per night what ever the temp, the evening entertainment if you can call it that was the same every night , more guests than not had to watch sat on the floor as not enough tables and chairs, English people need to speak good French or there own language hardly anyone speaks English, rooms are dated the whole hotel is in need of serious care taken over it, we did complain to the hotels guest relations manager and she just laughed, which just sums the place up, one word to describe the place HOVEL.

Room Tip: Take plenty of money to tip everyone from receptionist to barman

Stayed a weekend in the Caribbean Village and came away with very mixed opinions. The resort was spotlessly clean despite the best efforts of some of the guests to drop as much rubbish as possible. The grounds were also well maintained with frequent watering and maintenance. The hotel was 5 minutes from the clean and spacious beach with it's own area of sun beds.

Talking of sun beds brings the downside. Why oh why are their so many cretins that have to get up a 3am to places towels on as many sunbeds as possible that they then use for half hour at 3pm? By 5am there isn't a free sun bed in sight even though many people don't use them until late in the afternoon due to the intensity of the sun. Stayed a week and never got a sniff of a sun bed (sniffing sunbeds is probably best avoided in any case).

The other negative was the food which lacked variety especially if you happen to be pescatarian. Sure there were numerous salads but not all pescatarians want to live on lettuce and rice. More fish options would have been great especially when the sea is so close at hand.

The bar and restaurant staff were excellent and very helpful, which seems contrary to other reviews but maybe lessons have been learnt. However was unable to access the WIFI which may not have been a bad thing.

Room Tip: Get a room well away from the Oasis pool for a good night's sleep.
