I stayed here one night at the start of a Moroccan tour. The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel efficient and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of good quality dishes. The hotel is situated at a busy intersection but traffic noise did not seem to reach the rooms. Lots of restaurants close by. There was wifi in the bed rooms.

Room Tip: The views of the city are better from the higher floors. Traffic noise was not a problem

I visit Casablanca very often and usually stay in Kenzi: it is modern, well located, nice staff, lovely breakfast and new gym. My only, and main, complaint is that the internet in the room (free of charge) is so bad! That is very frustrating for a buisness type hotel! I really am reconsidering my future stays.

Dear Guest,

We would like to thank you for your feedback, which is much appreciated and can only help us to improve our services.
We are delighted to read that you had experienced an excellent customer service provided by our staff, that the breakfast buffet met your taste and that you enjoyed using our gym equipments.
Concerning our internet connection, it is usually up to standards in regards to in-house configuration and set up, the fact of keeping internet free in all hotel facilities including guest rooms even in Peak periods make a high demand on it. And we want to inform you that we are continuously working on that specific point with our internet provider.
We do hope that you will give us the opportunity not only to welcome you back to your second home The Kenzi Tower Hotel but also demonstrate to you the improvements we have made as a result of your constructive comments.

Respectfully,

Casablanca is the place of love and I thought the best place you could stay in when you’re in the city is the Kenzi Tower Hotel. The reason I stayed in the hotel was that my friends saw online pictures of the hotel and they strongly recommend too that I stay for the rest of the duration of my business trip in Casablanca and I shouldn’t mind the travel that will entail when I go to my other business partners and firms. After 3 days and 2 nights with Kenzi Tower I decided to book with a different hotel because of their prices. They were too expensive on everything they could offer. The food and drinks were too over priced that I had to leave the place because I thought that the drinks were complimentary yet they casued 10x the actual costs. The hotel is nice but I can feel that the staff is a bit reserve on certain concerns that I don’t want to share any more.

Dear Guest;
First of all please, let us thank you for choosing our hotel during your business trip in Casablanca, and for the valuable time you passed writing your feedback. As you mentioned, Casablanca is the City of Love where the art-deco French buildings meet the old Moroccan style medina.
Concerning our hotel prices in all outlets; please be assured that they are constantly reviewed according to the rest of the 5 stars hotels with same product and same level of customer service in Casablanca.
Complimentary water is provided in your room each evening during the turn-down service, for the rest of the beverages are chargeable and a list of items and prices is placed above the mini bar.
Looking forward to welcoming you again at the KENZI TOWER Hotel.

Best regards;

I was traveling on a business trip to Casablanca and stayed for one night at KENZI hotel Tower.
Rooms are really excellent , spacy , luxurious and extra clean.
I only wish if they had clear windows for the rooms so that one can enjoy the city view.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is also strategically located and there is many nice restaurants and coffee shops close to it and within a walking distance.
I would like to recommend KENZI for anyone traveling to Casablanca , you will not regret it.

An impressive building from the outside. In fact it is the tallest building in Morocco. On our arrival, there was no bell boy to assist. However, that, and the poor lighting in the room was the only problem we encountered during our stay. Check in was efficient. We were upgraded to a room on the 25th floor which had an excellent view of Casablanca. The room was big, very big. The bathroom was also big and well designed. The free wifi worked well. Breakfast was up to 5 star standards, apart from the fact that it was basically the same menu every day. Hotel is well located if you like shopping. All the brand stores within easy walking distance. There is a Mosque and many cafes and fast food outlets in the immediate area. Will I stay there again? Definitely yes. Oh, and the Nespresso is not for free

We stayed 2 nights end of December 2013. Room clean. Excellent breakfast with top viennoiserie and hot dishes. Pool and Jacuzzi very nice. Staff friendly. Bar upstairs relatively expensive for drinks. Located in the center of the city.

Room Tip: If you need non smoking room check before as it was smelling cigarettes.

Overall the hotel is good, well equipped and the service is fair enough, the only thing which I don't like is the lighting inside the room, which is so dull, I totally understand this is something common in Morroco's hotels that they do it not to save the energy but to cut the cost, of course this doesn't make satisfied when I compare value for money.
