The is a very wonderful place to visit, and is a great learning experience for a non Muslim.
You should check schedules to make sure that you will be able to get in. If you have to readjust you schedule to visit. I was here in 2011, and could not get it.
The architecture, materials, and the artistic quality of the building are amazing.
I think this would be a great visit, and educational experience for a non Muslim, and you would also see things that you would not normally see as a non Muslim.
You can certainly understand after visiting the Hassan II Mosque why Muslims are very proud of this building.
