There are better hotels in the vicinity
- There are only two elevators and one of them is always out of service. All the guests are struggling on one and you can imagine the delay.

- Gym operating hours are only 8 AM til 10 PM. And most of the machines are not working. The ones that are working are old and NOT clean and needs maintenance as they don’t operate normally.

- There is no drinking water in the gym nor a restroom

- Internet is slow

- A/C temp control doesn’t work because it is set by the hotel. If they set it to heat, then that is what you are going to get even if you feel it is hot.

- Food quality: Breakfast is very good. But lunch and dinner is ok, not impressive

- If you are sensitive to light while sleeping and require total darkness, you wont like sleeping here

- Electric wall outlets are EU type and no places for US/UK types

- Employees are friendly and nice, working hard to keep guests happy

- Front Desk is small and usually has one employee only to help the guests

- Parking is challenging

- Location is the best thing about this hotel. Almost everything is close

- when I order Room service, the food and hot drinks does not arrive hot even if I request so. I guess the trip to my room is long and they dont have temp covers for the food

Firstly, this is not a 5 star hotel - more 2 or 3 star. At the moment, (February 2018) there are renovations going on at the hotel - there is noise associated with these renovations and only one lift is working so be prepared to have to wait quite a while for the lift and then share it with steel girders and work men when it does arrive.
Overall the decor is tired and worn. From what I could see the majority of the rooms are smoking rooms and although I requested a non smoking room, the first night the room I was allocated was a smoking room. The carpets on the corridors on floor 4 and 5 were shabby and needed to be hoovered and obviously weren't the while I stayed. Paint work is also shabby and the room I was moved to when asking for a non smoking room, was poorly lit which I'm guessing hid the tired decor. Reception staff were in different. The "spa" is best avoided - I got a pedicure and wished I hadn't bothered - the therapist had a cold and spent the entire time blowing her nose, sniffing and sneezing. The treatment room was tired and I felt unhygienic.
On the upside, the bed was large and comfortable and the shower was powerful. Also, the concierge was incredibly helpful organising taxi's - nicest person I met at the hotel during my entire stay. Beware that there is a charge for using the coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was ok - best bit was the choice of fruit. I feel certain it must be possible to find a better quality hotel for the money elsewhere in Casablanca.

Awesome little hotel in the heart of Casablanca city! This is my 4th hotel in the heart of Casablanca City and by far the best. It does have minor drawbacks but overall it's a great hotel.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed, beds comfortable and linen and towels clean and crisp and of course, spotlessly clean!!!

Staff are friendly and welcoming, service is good - fast and efficient. Great little bar just off reception and the in-house restaurant is good too.

For business trips in the city, this is an ideal hotel and highly recommended!!!

The room is clean but all the facilities and not working well. Air Con is not working or adjustable, its more like a fan. Despite the fact that I had spoken with reception to have a look. Nothing happened. Its just a matter of cleaning the filers, but they can't be bothered.

The bath leaks so every time you have a shower, you end up with a minor flood in the bathroom area.

The lifts don't work, you have to manually open and close the doors several times to get it going up or down.

When Housekeeping comes to clean the room, they don't supply new towels until to go and find them to let them know new towels are missing, had to do that 3 times during my 5 night stay there.
