You know what to expect from an Ibis hotel. But the things that stand out from this one are the nice garden and swimming-pool at the back of the hotel; and it's very quiet, even though it's located next to the train station and the so-called bus station (no one, not even the other bus drivers, could tell me when the next bus for the airport would come!). You can walk to the medina, but in a taxi you're there in less than 10 minutes.

Next time I stay in Fes, I'll look no further; the Ibis is cheap and convenient.

Great location for whom who plan to travel by train due to its next to train station, clean area and room (basic as Ibis concept) except bathroom floor, nice swimming pool, wonderful decoration which combine old and new Moroccan style, breakfast was various and ready to serve as from 6.30 am with attended staffs, friendly staffs at front desk (some was not really intended to help especially if you could not speak French) ONLY negative issue about noise in a room cause of wall construction which could not block any sounds as well, also guests check-in and out 24 hrs. so do not expect for well sleeping ... 1 night stay is more than enough

The hotel is very nice located!!! And the prices are excelent!!! Nice hall, bar, restaurant (all of them with WIFI conexion) and pool area to relax!!! The staff in there is very gentle!! There`s a sir in the reception named Mr. Nabil there is allways disposed to help and serve the clients with the best they have in there!! He knows too how to organize a tour or trip for you all over Marroco!!! Other one is Mr. Kabbat, a man who works in the bar... he is allways smiling and trying to do wherever you need!! Also they talk about the country and what you can do there!!
The negative point of the hotel (not just the hotel but the city) is that they don`t have flyers or oder kinds of information exposed (like in the oders hotels all aoround the world) for those who don`t know the contry and want to travel!!!

This hotel is right beside the train station so it is very handy if you are using this mode of transport. It is adjacent to the new town but some distance from the old town. You can walk to the medina/souk in about 20 minutes. The hotel has a swimming pool that looked a little dirty but we were visiting in the winter season. A decent breakfast, hotel room was clean and there is a bar and free internet at the entrance to the restaurant. The hotel is quiet at night so you get a good nights sleep. I would say good value

Excellent location - adjacent to the very clean and tidy Fes train station, yet the hotel is quiet. Nice pool, but too cold to go swimming. Free WIFI in lobby. Typical 3 star room, clean, but worn. Had to ask for a hairdryer at front desk and was told I could only keep it for an hour.

Taxi about 20 minutes to medina.

Breakfast was just bread, cheese, assorted pastries.
