Very plush looking hotel but the usual slightly chaotic Moroccan approach. Our room was quite good but we only had a side view (fortunately of a Jacaranda tree in full bloom). The pool area was pleasant to sit in and we used their bar for drinks and coffee as they were quicker and more efficient. Drinks served at table in the restaurant were quite pricey and you had a system geared up to charging to your room but as we were pre-paid as part of a tour this involved trips to Reception to pay. Reception were helpful in changing pounds/euros into Dirham as obtaining Dirham can be messy as you cannot pre-buy back home. The restuarant was loud, large and noisy and the waiters were rather headless chicken mode - fortunately we were self service buffet mode. Food was OK. Seemed to be a good hotel for the place. Some fellow travellers found local cafes and we found a good local crafts outlet.
