We were taken to Le Patio Bleu as part of our Intrepid trip and tour of the Fes Medina. We were served promptly with a delicious array of salads and large flat bread rolls. There was a large choice in the main courses. I had a mixed meat grill, others had chicken pies and tagines everyone loved their meals. Final course was a fruit platter filled with fresh and delicious grapes, nectarines and melon. We complimented our host and asked about the flavours in his dishes, taking us back to the kitchen he talked about the ingredients and told us about his cooking school. If we had stayed longer I would have gone. It is called CookingClassinFes.
