We did the two day tour to the desert. We chose the more luxury version of the trip, with only two of us in the vehicle and a hot shower in the tent in the desert. It was well worth it.

It is a long drive to the desert. We made a number of stops along the way and got to see both the middle Atlas and high Atlas mountains. Hassan, our driver, was willing to make stops for us that were not on the usual itinerary, including the livestock market which was occurring that day in one of the towns were drove through. He gave us options on where to stop for meals and we chose the local places (rather than the tourist stops), which was much more interesting. The dunes are beautiful. We were there on a clear day with no wind. I will say that riding a camel is not very comfortable -- but worth doing once in your life. We stopped to watch the sunset and arrived at the camp just before dark. On the return trip we had a short tour of a ksar -- the guide was very good and gave us lots of information about the local area.

We were interested in the drive -- and seeing what rural Morocco looked like. But it is a long drive. If you have time, I would suggest doing the three day, rather than the two day, tour. But if you only have two days, you should do this!

We took one night tour with fes desert tours and it was really nice. The ride to the desert although long is very pleasant with amazing views and landscapes. Our driver Hasan was really nice, who made our trip an enjoyable and easy journey.

My friend and I booked a trip with Mustapha and we were not disappointed. His fluent English meant we were able to learn so much about the culture, history and day to day running of Morocco!
We visited some incredible sites!!
He was always checking we were ok, if there was anything extra we wanted to do or take pictures of!
The hotel we stayed in was amazing, in between two mountains! Who could ask for much more?
Then as for the camel experience! Wow! One I will never forget. We got to relax in an outside pool first, enjoy mint tea and get ready to ride on into the Sahara desert!
Camp was lovely! Amazing food, drums, singing and a fire after!
The last day on our journey to Fes, although it is a lot of driving, Mustapha made sure we were comfortable and kept us entertained with various sites.
I was extremely sad to end the tour but can honestly say if I am in Morocco in the future I will be booking another tour through them!
Highly recommended !

This desert trip was wonderful and our driver Hasan was a pleasure to be with. We enjoyed each other's company and his english was great as we had a lot of time in the car. The trip was a perfect amount of time and really let us see a lot of the country from the Sahara, to the movie studios, to the cities. We always stopped for clean food that was inexpensive and stayed in nice hotels. The desert trip was amazing and well planned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
