I stayed here for 2 nights in June 2012. The hotel was clean and comfortable, however the customer service was horrendous! I had asked for a new towel, which reception said they would bring up to my room shortly. Someone showed up at my room the following day asking if I needed a new towel. The lady working at reception was also very rude and unwelcoming. My friend and I were asking about wifi, but she seemed reluctant to provide the password.

We were also sold on getting manicures, however, when we showed up for our appointments, the receptionist at the spa told us to wait for a few minutes, which turned into 15 minutes before I decided to follow up. They then ignored us, so we just walked out and no one seemed to care!

Beautiful and clean hotel. Excellent customer service and restaurant. Just a bit too much smoke smell coming into the room from the hallway.

We stayed there for two nights in February and it was fully booked (or even overbooked). Our room was quite spacious and well equipped but the bathroom was awful. The shower area was dirty with old shabby shower curtain which was simply ugly. Water was completely cold from 11pm to 5 am because the hotel was full and they didn't have enough hot water supply for everyone. When we asked at the reception desk if there is a possibility to have a warm shower the man just shrugged and said to wait until morning.
The breakfast was good and dinner average.
We walked to the Medina but it was quite far - 30 mins or more. The taxi costs around 25-30 dirhams.

Very nice hotel. Bundled as part of Gecko's tour. Spacious rooms. Dinner at restaurant hotel was a good value.

Lovely hotel as part of an organised tour. Beautiful hotel reception and free wifi (although only in reception), however, very drafty as the lounges in reception are effectively in a wind tunnel so rug up! My room was massive and very clean with a large queen sized bed, flat screen TV and spa bath - hot water does run out quickly here so the spa was for visual effect only.

Breakfast was included as part of the tour and the restaurant morning manager was very helpful and friendly and was happy to provide alternate yoghurt flavours. Also ubiquitous folded pancakes and breads, as well as scrambled eggs, served buffet style, with feta and olives, jams, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Was very pleased to have alternatives to the carb heavy breakfast served elsewhere.

Would recommend flagging your own taxis out the front of the hotel and finding your own restaurant recommendations through Trip Advisor, rather than through some of the (albeit friendly) staff, as you'll pay an often large premium - much larger than seen elsewhere in Morocco. From experience 12 dh from the city centre in a petit taxi is much better value.

Even though not close to the Medina, the Hotel is really confortable and welcoming: a nice entrance with the typical local layout, a good tea served at the arrival, spacious rooms (we shared a triple with no problems) and a really large bathroom with tub. The view was limited but it is not something we needed; no heating but the blankets are enough. The breakfast room offers a large variety of food, of good quality. There is a small spa inside. Really a nice place to stay.
