We had a great stay at Riad 107, where the staff were highly attentive and helpful, the rooms were very clean and nicely air conditioned, with beautiful bathrooms and amenities. The terrace was a highlight - a great place for breakfast or to relax after a busy day. The location is very close to Jmaa El Fna, the main square, and Abdel and his team helped us arrange transfers and taxis when we needed them. Great value for money and a beautiful riad. Would definitely stay here again.

Riad 107 is a lovely find in the Medina. It's nestled amongst local life but close to all the main sites of Marakech. Once you know your way to the square it's easy to get around. Everyone who worked here was friendly and helpful. Walking us to the square on our first night so we knew where we were going, walking us to a friend's Riad so we weren't lost in the rabbit warren that is the city and giving us breakfast well before the official time before we began a desert tour.

The rooms are a good size, clean and the bathroom has great shower pressure. Got 2 lovely nights worth of sleep. It has a lovely terrace and even a small pool, although we didn't sample it.

I stayed at Riad 107 for 2 weeks in May / June.
Many positive things;
* Incredibly friendly staff
* The rooms are nicely decorated o very clean
* There are several cozy relaxation areas for those who want to read a book or work on the computer
* Breakfast is served on the cozy roof
* The pool is nice and refreshing (cold) in summer
* Just a few minutes walk to the Djemaa El Fna Square and The Souks
* Quiet and peaceful with birdsong for company
* Love the little semi-hard beds available in many places in Marrakech
* Can be perceived as difficult to find, but if you have been to Marrakech before, you know that it is really simple to find your way in the "maze"
Have nothing negative to say about Riad 107 or their staff

To the staff at Riad 107 ... Thanks for a wonderful stay! Miss you and hope to stay with you again soon, Inshallah! Shukran! <3

Recent stay was excellent and really chilled
We used the Riad at the start of our morocco trip as we had plans to go into the high Atlas mountains to do some high altitude walking.
Also booked it for our return to Marrakech so were able to leave some luggage with change of clothing at Riad
Breakfast and dinner were excellent and great location to the main square .
Very clean and peaceful
Would really recommend this place 10/10

I think all the rooms are roughly the same (form my experience). Just wanted to say this Riad is seriously beautiful. Amazing breakfast on the roof each morning is a must, and try the homemade dinner too - top notch!

Location wise it's also pucker! It's right in the centre, 5min walk from the main square (although first time will probably be confusing, they have a little map, easy to understand!)

This riad is impeccably clean and comfortable, with a gorgeous rooftop and DELICIOUS food. Abdel was soooo nice and helpful, and it is fun to try to find your way back in the medina maze (we took photos and retraced our steps!) Super convenient to the jemaa el fna! We also got hammam and massages right there in the riad, which was lovely.

The riad we booked made an error and only saved a room with a double bed, rather than the two twins we requested. They called Abdel, who was very nearby, and he set us up right away. The property was well maintained, the doors and windows actually sealed rather well (as opposed to the other property, where we had spent the beginning of our trip) so that the room was quiet.

The only negative is that there were not very many outlets in the room or the upstairs lounge area. Those that were there were hard to reach.

Wish we had booked here for the start of our journey, as well as the conclusion!
