As soon as we arrived I was concerned. We had a room with full kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, dining room, living room and balcony. The room had not been cleaned yet so we called the front desk and said we would go shopping nearby while they serviced the room. When we came back the room had been serviced, but light bulbs were out and the hot water heater (located on a second balcony outside of the kitchen) was leaking water. We called and asked for these items to be taken care of. The light bulbs were changed three days and three requests later. The hot water heater was fixed two weeks and about 8 calls later. The cleaning each day was not thorough, but they leave the towels and sheets folded in intricate patterns. Holes in blankets and towels were scratchy. Leg on couch was broken and when you sat on couch it would drop down. Breakfast each morning was a joke. Serving utensils were forgotten almost daily and when we would speak with the manager he didn't seem to understand what needed to be done. No feeling that they were anticipating our needs. We had to request the same things over and over each morning. The restaurant was not clean as it should have been either. I don't think they have done a deep clean in quite some time.
We had no option but to stay as we waited for our permanent housing to be available.
