We had a delightful experience with the Riad Dixneuf - I can't say enough positive things about it - the room was amazing and the staff superb. Locate in the Marrakesh Medina so ideal for experiencing this UNESCO site, the souks and atmosphere of old Marrakesh.

We went there in March and everything was extremely tended. The room was really beautiful, big, clean and bright. The Riad is located in the hearth of the medina of Marrakech. Impossible to forget the terrace with the view all over the city and on the mountains. But most of all, we must mention the smiling courtesy of everybody working on the hotel . Absolutely top choice.

located 5 minutes from the main square in Marrakech, this Riad is superb and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, were treated amazingly. The staff are a major part of this, especially Mustapha who couldn't be more helpful and attentive. We would go back in a heartbeat and have to say that from the food through to comfort, it was faultless. Major plus points are it's location, privacy, relaxation areas (from sunbeds to lounge) and recommendations of places to go. Thankyou to Michele, Mustapha, Mohammed and the rest of the team for a superb stay, hope to see you again soon, Andrew and Hannah

Room Tip: All rooms seem quiet and a very tranquil relaxing place

From the moment we arrived I was so happy with choosing to stay here. We arrived at midnight and were met by Mohammed when our driver dropped us off and we led us down the alleyway to the Riad and made sure we were settled in our room and brought us sandwiches, fruit and drinks. Mohammed was wonderful from the first moment and always on hand to make sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed.
The room was wonderful, beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. The Riad was so calm and peaceful and afternoons by the pool enjoying a few drinks became a regular for me. Michele was wonderful and helped us greatly prior to arrival in arranging a guide for us to visit the souks and explore the Medina and also a day trip to the Mountains with a guide to take us on a short trek. Michele went out of her way to help and she has a wonderful team of staff around her making sure your stay is as perfect as it can be. Mustafa was also wonderful during our stay and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
The food was lovely, breakfast seems never ending and is fresh and tasty. We had both lunch and dinner at the Riad and both were wonderful meals, fresh authentic food and extremely delicious.
I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this Riad and will be making it a priority to go back again very soon … I only worry that when everyone finds out how amazing it is, I won’t be able to book a room!! :)

Room Tip: All of the rooms are beautifully finished and have everything you could possilbly need.

We checked out of Riad Dix Neuf a few days ago and have been telling all of our family and friends how truly wonderful it is! We cannot praise Michele, Muhammad, Mustafa, Atika and the rest of the staff high enough. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed in! The hospitality was well above and beyond anything we have ever experienced, and we now regard Michele and her team as great friends! We will definately be returning soon, and would not hesitate to recommend. They should be ranked number one!

We had dinner 3 times at the Riad, and a cooking lesson which was excellent fun. The design and archtecture of the riad is beautiful, intimate and creates a calming ambience for relaxing, eating and socialising. All the food at the riad is fresh, delicious and beautifully served.

Marrakech itself is an amazing and vibrant city. It was our first visit and hopefully will be the first of many. The people are friendly, welcoming and fun to haggle with in the souks! Having such a wonderful, clean oasis of calm to stay made this trip perfect.

Our heartfelt thanks again to Michele, Muhammad, Mustafa, Atkia and all the staff for making it so fantastic.

We love you guys! xxx

Riad Dixneuf La Ksour and their staff made our stay in Morocco amazing. I am in my mid 30's and traveled with 4 of my girlfriends all the same age. The Riad is located in the middle of everything but in an alley way that is quiet enough that you don't feel like your in the midst of the city. Their accomodations are absolutely beautiful and the fact that they only have 6 rooms made for an intimate experience. They set up our tours, they cooked for us and kept the Riad immaculate. Michele, Muhammad and especially Mustafa are the best! I can't wait to return!
