From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. I've stayed in places all around the world and whilst enjoying every experience would rather look forward to the next adventure than think about going back. Zamzam is the exception to this rule. The Riad is beautifully designed. The palm suite is stunning and the bed is huge and comfortable with beautifully soft sheets. Imame and Faisal bent over backwards to look after us as did all of the staff who were warm and friendly. And the food is outstanding. A delayed flight meant we ate lunch and dinner within a few hours and it was all fresh, flavourful and delicious. Thoroughly recommend a massage and breakfast on the terrace in the sun overlooking the mountains helps you to forget the stress of everyday life. We will definitely go again.

When to Marrakech for a few days.
This place is a hidden gem within the Medina walls.
The Service is a five star one.
The food is as good as it gets, cooked on the spot to our request. Delicious.
Our little daughter was pampered by the staff all the time and they babysit as well.
We had an amazing use of the Hamman and Massage facilities.
Great terrace to chill out upstair.
Warm and Luxury
Always ready to help and with a genuine smile.
We will go back anytime.
Highly recommended

Was lucky enough to stay for a long weekend and enjoyed the location in the medina and the contrasting calm of the riad itself. Beautiful terrace, great treatments, wonderful ambience and the food was outstanding as was the attentive nature of all the staff. Have been raving about this weekend and Marrakech since I returned and would go back in a flash!

Room Tip: Great twin room (Isaac) which with neighbouring Ismail would be ideal for a family of 4. Earplugs a...

Spent three days in this lovely Riad with my school group. We were in awe at the gorgeous decor and the overall calm atmosphere. The Hammam was very cleansing and relaxing. Felt incredibly pampered and amazed at the quality of the place; a huge thanks to Emma for this memorable visit and to all the staff for being so kind and entertaining!!

All the staff, Faisal, Aziz, Imman and of course Marcus and Emma were fantastic!! Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always greeted with the warmest of smiles by all of them. The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were also lovely and very patient with my awful French!

In a nutshell.... go and book and stay here. Some have marked it down for location but it's still within the Medina and Marrakech is the type of city one has to walk around in anyway. We much preferred staying a little way out of the main chaos anyway!

So, all you need to know:
1) Get the riad to book a driver to pick you up from the airport. Well worth it.
2) Get a half-day guide booked through the riad. Ibrahim was charming, knowledgeable and when you're with a guide you don't get any hassle. Perfect for your first day!
3) Get the hammam. The massage was also very good but don't miss the amazing hammam experience on the roof!
4) The food at the riad was also delightful! We had lunch on our first day and it was fabulous!

So, go there and you won't regret it!

Room Tip: The Rose Suite was beautiful!

Just got back from three days at Riad Zamzam. This is simply the best place I have ever stayed in while visiting Marrakech. The rooms and interior decor are wonderful, the food is delicious and the manager Faisal attends to everything and always with a smile.

Room Tip: Go for the big suite if you can
