Visited here in december 2013 with a group of friends, check in was easy & prompt! Rooms were nice also, with a nice shower. The arabic tea was splendid at the hotel, only ever had breakfast which was always adequate. A great range of pastries to choose from. All the staff were excellent, especially the manager on nights, i think his name was Hashim. Was there during the world club championship & the atmosphere was great. The hotel is near a club called 555, that plays good music, security are always trying to make extra money by saying you need tickets to enter but me & my group of friends always got in free by saying that we would be getting a private table. Drink prices are astonishing in club 555. There is a club called Maj adjoined to the hotel which is pretty dull, went in twice & there was no1 there! Only negative is the hotel is a bit out of the way for the busy places in marrakech! Overall a good holiday & a good hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has everything, you don't need to leave. The food is a bit expensive, but I personally think it is worth it. The night and day is beautiful. The hotel even has activities throughout the day.

Room Tip: The pool view is nicer than the out her view, but you have to pay more. We didn't get the pool view because it didn't make a big difference to us.

I was there for a visit with my school, was impressed by the big swimming pool. It is great for a relaxing holiday because the hotel has 3 restaurants and a lot of activities on the venue. Staff was helpful and the buffet was excellent.

this is a great hotel the pool is massive no problem finding a spot to lay in the sun. the decor is impressive and the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable.we found the staff to be very helpful even with the language barrier ( my french is very limited).there is a shuttle bus into the madina evey half hour which we caught in the morning and then got a taxi back as it is only £4 in the day.breakfast is more than ample for choice anybody who says it is poor must be very fussy indeed.while we were there the hotel seemed quite at night there was some entertainment provided in the bar area (singer with guy on organ) not my thing really but each to there own we tended to sit inside on the sofas vey comfatable.
this trip was for our wedding annerversary so we went to the medina to find a fancy restaurant once in the square the night time experance is totally different to that of the day we ended up having dinner in one of the food stalls in the market it was fantastic the noise, smells hustle and bustle and entertaintment of belly dancers snake charmers and street sellers made a trully memorable night great fun and only cost £14 with drinks(starters, lamb tagine with potatoes veg and prunes mixed kebab meat on skewers making me hungry now lol) for both of us which is ironic for the following night we ate at the hotel moroccan restaurant which was really bad i do not recommend the meat tagine in fact dont bother with the restaurant ( chewy meat in a plant pot with boiled rice nothing else yes that bad all for £45 with 1 bottle of wine ).
would i go back to this hotel ??? yes without a doubt fail to see what people found wrong this is a little oasis in a mad, eratic, crazy city
all i can say is go and enjoy

use the taxis outside of the hotel they are cheaper.

Have just spent 4 nights here and found all the staff charming and helpful. The breakfast buffet is fresh and plenty of variety. Everywhere is clean and the Manager is constantly watching what is going on and quick to react to any situation. We were on a last minute deal and we found it to be excellent value for money and would use the hotel again. It was a peaceful haven to return to after being in the middle of the city. Admittedly the rooms could do with an update for 5 star status.
