We arrived with a warm welcome and taken into the the lovely courtyard, where we were served immediately with some hot mint tea and handmade biscuits. Booking in was completed quickly and efficiently round a table in the courtyard and we immediately felt at home. We were shown round the Riad and then taken to our room which was superbly decorated in morrocan styling and very clean and fresh. The breakfast was served promptly every morning there being no time limit of it being served. There as a lovely roof terrace with sunbeds which we made use of each afternoon, which was very relaxing after our trip round the markets and we had a view of the Atlas mountains. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who answered all our questions and were willing to help us at every opportunity. I think it is fair to say that our stay at Riad Nasreen was faultless. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Riad.

Just a few small alleys through the soukh you will find this wonderful oasis!
Personel is very friendly and will do anything for you. Roof terrace wonderful with a morning coffee and all the maps of Marakech to plan your trip. Just a 10 minute walk from the Jemaa el Fna .
Beds are rather hard( common in Marocco) but they solved it by putting extra blankets under the sheet. Plan your trip from the AirPort with their taxi as he knows the adress!

Room Tip: I think all the rooms are almost the same. We preferred being on the first floor as you don't he...

Sometimes in life, the impromptu decisions turn out to be wonderful. This was the case with our visit to Marrakesh and our stay at Riad Nasreen.
It is a serene and lovely house, tucked away in the Medina, behind a discreet green door. The Riad itself is lovely, with an interior courtyard with lots of lovely plasterwork and old doors to the rooms. The bathrooms were decorated with Morrocan tiles and tadelakt, which is a satiny finish on the walls. Charming and very Morrocan without being overwhelming. The beds were comfortable, if a little hard, but that is apparently how the beds are in Morroco. The staff were wonderful. The manager, Mohamed, is very helpful and charming, as were Fatima and Anwar. The location is ideal, in the Medina, but it is very quiet. The breakfasts, taken on the terrace upstairs or in the courtyard, were scrumptious, with homemade cakes and jams and marmalades. One of the other guests celebrated her birthday while we were there, and they surprised her with a cake.
The hammam and massage were a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble for those wonderful people and we (the three of us) will all be back soon with our families in tow. Highly recommended.

I spent three nights at Riad Nasreen for a little birthday getaway, and the warm welcome from the owner and staff made the trip more special than I had anticipated. Everything about my stay was ideal. The location is in the medina close to the main attractions and I could easily walk to shops and restaurants, yet it is tucked away in a quiet corner away from the noise. The room was lovely, the bathroom was clean and spacious, and the common areas were beautifully decorated. From the roof, where there were lounge chairs, places to dine, and lovely spaces for reading or relaxation, I was even able to see the beautiful Atlas mountains, as the weather was perfectly clear. The food at the riad was delicious, and very reasonably priced. Overall, the riad was excellent, but what really set it above and beyond and made my experience memorable, was that the people there really went out of their way to make me feel at home. Mohamed, Anwar, Nabil, and the women who prepare the delicious meals and keep the riad spotless - thank you for making my vacation special!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable place, good breakfast (loved their fresh home-made marmalade), well positioned in the charming ancient medina.

I would suggest you to book the rooms in the first floor, more spacious and warmer (in winter, at least!). I would definitely book again there, when in Marrakesh

Room Tip: All rooms at first floor (better avoid the ground floor)

Going to a busy city like Marrakech for the first time it was great going to this beautiful and serene riad that was tucked away. The manager there Mohamed was very helpful in telling us where to go and how to get around. The made our honeymoon even more special. Thanks for the amazing time we spent in your riad, it was gorgeous.

We were very well attended at the Riad Nasreen, also the staff took care of all our requests. The breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Three points to improve - there is a peculiar smell at the entrance of the Riad (this smell is only noticeable inside the entrance and no where else), which takes away a lot of the charm of the nice place. The bathroom had only a small light working; the main fitting on the ceiling was out of order and this made the bathroom quite dark. The quality of bathroom soap can be improved - a single industrial size (and quality) soap can be substituted by smaller better quality soaps. I could not locate the shampoo bottle so cannot comment on that.
