“If English forget it!!!!!!!!!!”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 February 2011

If you are English don't bother. FRENCH are like Gods we are invisible ignored all the time. No facilities for making hot drinks no water in fridge when arrived. Poor service at bar.(English of course) Breakfast not bad but had to wait for toast as staff getting their breakfast before you!! Round pool full of friends of the staff, and asked to have a go on table tennis told NO by the friends of staff. I have travelled worldwide and never met more ignorant people and only been here 2 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus no room service.

the hotel itself was lovely, clean rooms with people in cleaning every day, the food in the buffet was not nice luke warm food etc . the bar kept running out of drink it could had been coke wine etc any thing, the service was discraceful unles you were french. they tend to serve them first even if you had been seen standing there first. i even had to have words with the manager this went on deaf ears. so all in all nice place crap service unless you are french.....................

Went here on a hen do over the August bank holiday. Staff weren't very helpful when we checked in early but did let us into our rooms straight away. The rooms for 4 had one double, one single and a pull out, tv, fantastic shower and great black out curtains, good for when you've been up since 2am!
The pool is really big and even though there were 12 of us we still managed to get sunbeds together. The pool bar had reasonably priced drinks and food but it does take ages to arrive and they kept running out of change.
On our first night we got the free shuttle bus into the main square and ate at the night market which was great and very cheap, we got taxis back which cost about £7 which isn't bad as it is quite a distance. The next day we got the shuttle bus to the souks and back again, we mangaged to get all 12 of us on but don't think the French family who were behind us and had to get a taxi were very happy!
The bars in the hotel weren't great, they ran out of vodka and didn't know how to make any of the cocktails they advertised, beware that the drinks in the 'nightclub' are more expensive than those in the bar but you can barter!!!
Breakfast was fine, espeically if you like carbs! We also had dinner at the hotel one night which was quite tasty but a bit overpriced, but the wine was very nice and cheap.
Overall we were happy with the hotel, it is a bit of a way out but the shuttles are fairly regular and the drivers were lovley, espically Biram!

Large family room cleaned and maintained daily. Buffet breakfast and dinner excellent, providing plenty of choice, international and Morrocan cuisine. Both our children really enjoyed the selection and went up several times.
Facilities well maintained, pool large and clean, activities were available around the pool if you wished but did not feel pressurised to join in. Tennis/ Table Tennis available but rackets/bats in short supply.
We used the shuttle bus daily (timetable in reception) often very crowded but our family always managed to get seats.
Staff friendly and willing to help. Evening show (Morrocan soiree) enjoyed by us all.
We would definately stay here again.

1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 August 2010

We arrived for a 2 night stay after 9 days at the beach to give the kids some swimming pool fun. When we arrived at 11am the music was already pounding from around the swimming pool. There were organised water aerobics and water polo - all played to very loud dance music that was unbearable and intrusive to all other guests. When I asked then to turn it down when the activities had finished the staff member was agressive and rude. I had to ask then at reception and they truned it down a bit.

The food at the poolside bar was expensive and poor quality and took an hour to arrive. The ice-creams were expensive as well.

The rooms were acceptable and clean - although we had to ask 4 times to have the kids beds made up and to get the TV fixed.

We were on a half board deal and went to the bar for a drink on the way to the restaurant - the bar have 2 different TV's playing different channels and both with the volume on. These TVs were in competition with the keyboard player outside the bar and the doors were opened.

Dinner was 7.30-10.30. We arrived at approc 8.30 to find almost no food. What was there was very poor quality and we had to feed our kids with a spoonfull of rice with tinned vegetable in it, some dried up chicken bits and bread rolls. My husband and I ate a bread roll only.

In the morning we went to breakfast in glorious peace and quiet. The food was again limited and very poor quality. No milk for the coffee, watered down juice, bruised fruit, no cereals for the kids, yoghurt served in flimsy plastic cups , wet sloppy scrambled eggs and tomatoes. Even the local crepes were done badly. Then the music started up blaring again and we called another hotel and checked out.

It is imposible to relax at this hotel. The noise bouncy off the building and vibrating around the whole area make it impossible to read.

How this place was ever awarded 4-stars is a mistery to me and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is truley appauling and I am so happy that my husband and I checked out and took ourselves off to a lovely peaceful hotel with a lovely pool and garden, food and quality service.
