Despite a couple of negative views we found the sushi offerings in this splendid old Place des Ferblantiers restaurant to be as good as anything we have experienced in the UK. Ultra fresh salmon, tuna, a white fish (grey sole or similar?) with squid was more than acceptable. The soy and chilli dips were good also but the surprise in this title came with the "hidden" pistachio coloured wasabi paste lurking under my salted cucumber relish (nestling alongside the pink pickled ginger wafers). Hot! We ate on the terrace overlooked by the nesting storks.
