From the moment my two daughters and I walked through the front door into this amazing place we felt totally at home in the richness of the interiors and the warmth of the staff and owner Maryam (the remainder of her family were away, so unfortunately we didn't meet them). Louise, the guest manager was amazing ,organising every detail for us, from drivers and guides to restaurant bookings and places to shop and when sitting by the pool, she always knew when to appear with chilled water and later in the day her cocktails were the best we have ever had.

The food was superb, fresh and light and always in a different setting around the grounds. There is an adequate outdoor gym and a yoga pavilion for exercising. We even enjoyed an outdoor movie set up with deck chairs and drinks one evening. We were the only people staying so we had total privacy in the beautiful surrounds. We had already spent 5 days in a riad in marrakech and a trip to the Atlas Mountains and the coast so this was the perfect way to end our trip as the Pavillions are 20 minutes from town near a small village.

Maryam is one of the most interesting people I have ever met and so enjoyed hearing her stories on her humanitarian work and about Project Soul where a percentage of everything from Peakcock Pavilions goes together with other fundraisers. The interiors of the buildings that she designed were out of this world.

I will definitely be returning, one of the most unique and special places I have ever stayed, thank you Peacock Pavilions.

How we miss Peacock Pavilions where we had the most amazing stay about 6 weeks ago. A hotel? An art gallery? A museum? Or your best friend’s home? Peacock Pavilions is all that and more. Located about a 20 min drive from the buzzing Marrakech Medina, it is a peaceful retreat in a beautiful olive grove. The owners, Maryam and Chris, have masterfully designed this oasis themselves. The place is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. Every object is carefully selected and thoughtfully placed creating such a feast for the eyes. Maryam and Chris are most charming and hospitable and treat you as their house guests. The staff is very attentive, professional and friendly. The meals are delicious and elegantly served in various special places on the property. There is nothing generic about Peacock Pavilions; everything is special and unique.
Our trip to Morocco already seems like a distant dream, but every time I think about the trip I remember the artistic beauty and the serenity of Peacock Pavilions and the hospitality of the owners and the staff.
We were delighted to learn about the good work of Maryam and Chris with Project Soar and were fortunate to have a chance to spend a morning observing firsthand their good work in the community.
Hope you have a chance to stay at Peacock Pavilions. You will fall in love as we did.

Enchanting, magical, charming, seductive……our stay at the Peacock Pavilions was all this and more. Truly an oasis for the senses. From the moment we arrived and walked through the rose garden into the main salon, our posse of friends and family were taken care of warmly by the wonderful and accommodating staff.
It was easy to feel and see the love poured into the creation of Peacock Pavilions as you wandered and explored each room and outdoor space. The rooms were beautifully designed and filled with treasures of fabric, tapestry, art and artifact. Each pavilion provided the added comfort of living room, kitchen and communal space that made it feel like we were in the comfort of home and provided us with personal space outside of our rooms. The serenity of the grounds and surrounding landscape made it difficult to pull ourselves away for the occasional excursion. Returning "home" after our explorations for a dip in the pool and to continue in our fantasy of serene pleasure was enhanced by the food we were served at each meal. So delicious and prepared with obvious passion for food, flavours and the sharing of a meal.
Not a moment went by that wasn't truly delightful. Whether a late night lingering under the stars, watching a movie in the splendid outdoor cinema, enjoying meditation and yoga in the gorgeous yoga tent, or simply slipping into the most comfortable bed in the world for a dreamy night of sleep. Thank you to Maryam, Chris, Sasa and all the staff for making our stay so special and memorable. You have created a beautiful and unique sanctuary.

Room Tip: There is not a bad choice here unless you don't like sleeping in a single-sized bed! But even th...

I just came home from my second trip to Marrakech/Peacock Pavillions. Having never been to that part of the world, I never could have imagined the relaxed feeling and ease of experiencing and learning about the lifestyle of Morocco. It was unforgettable... both times...the second almost felt like going "home".

Maryam, Chris and those who work with them make almost anything possible. Every touch is so special and thoughtful, it made me feel like taking everything slower... taking it all in, really paying attention.... to remember in stories or to duplicate here in my life at home.

Everything was a thousand times easier (and more beautiful) than I could have imagined.... except for trying to put in words the experience I had. I WILL be going again next year!

Room Tip: You cannot make a mistake.

It's been a few weeks since returning from my ten day stay at the Peacock Pavilion and I'm still gushing to friends about how taken we were. Maryam and Chris have left no detail to chance in creating this stunning and visionally captivating space. We were instantly taken under its spell. The richly designed interiors are as intriguing as they are inviting. The staff was attentive, wonderfully personable and amazingly helpful. The meals were simply fantastic- fresh and inventive- a fusion of Middle Eastern cuisine and European fare with attention to locally sourced ingredients. We made a routine of lingering poolside each afternnon with the scent of warm rosemary and the sounds of fluttering birds and low music ,enjoying an afternoon conversation or perhaps a cocktails with Maryam, asking ourselves "why we hadn't planned to stay longer!?"
