The riad, although located in a somewhat run down part of the medina area, offers spacious rooms and a great roof terrace. The staff is very attentive and helpful. If you are there in the winter, though, be aware that the riad is not generally heated. Meals are served on request as well as the refreshing Marrocan mint tea.

Amazing staff who will look at you every bit of the way. Especially the keeper Chafik . He treats you not musts as guests but as his personal guests including you in all the local traditions and allowing you to fully embrace the culture. The breakfast is amazing with everything prepared in the morning at the hotel so as good as it gets. Anything can be arranged from trips up to Ourika to food at the hotel. You can't get better than this place.

Our stay at Riad Jnane Agdal was perfect! On arrival at the beautiful Riad, we were greeted with Mint tea and extremely friendly staff. Our rooms were clean, spacious and decorated in traditional Moroccan style. It was the perfect distance away from the craziness of the Medina, as it was situated in a relatively quiet location but was only a short walk to the main square. At first I was a little worried about the fact that the doors to the rooms had not locks, but after meeting the staff it was clear that they were extremely trustworthy, and with only five rooms plus you had to ring a bell to get inside, I had no worries. Breakfast was included with the stay and it was really delicious. I think that the only downside was that the hot water was intermittent - but it does work eventually! As we really wanted to go to the Atlas mountains, we booked a trip through the hotel which cost 300D each - which was really reasonable. There were 6 of us and we had a minibus and driver to ourselves all day. The trip consisted of being picked up at 9.30 from the Riad, then driven up to the Atas mountains ( lots of stops on the way with people trying to sell you things) and eventually up to a beautiful waterfall - definitely worth doing!Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone!

Riad Jnane Agdal was a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. We found it a perfect place to relax after walking around the busy Souks of Marrakech. At times I much preferred sitting by the pool in the lobby than being outside in the heat.

The breakfast was very nice every morning with some of the best coffee I've ever had.

Fatima and Directeur were very accommodating, friendly and helpful throughout our trip. They gave us great advice on what to do and see (and what not to do). They made our trip to Marrakech one to remember :)

Room Tip: All rooms seemed equally as nice!

Had a very pleasant stay at the Riad Jnane Agdal. The staff there are very warm and friendly since the moment i arrived. And most importantly, they are trustworthy and very concerned for my safety and well being even outside the hotel. They really wanted to ensure i had the best and safest experience as a single traveller in Marrakech. Good prices for the 3-course dinners and Hamam/massage, which is done by the hotel staff too. The Hamam is a MUST-TRY. The stay at Riad Jnane Agdal was a unique one from typical hotels, such that it was a warm homely feel and that you are welcomed as a guest and also a family member to them. Helped me to reserve a good Sahara Desert tour, which saved me time and money to search for companies from the streets which can easily rip you off. Very good for a typical Moroccan experience.

Lots of disappointing moments have happened during our first day and we canceled the rest of our booked stay and went to other riad. They moved us from our room to the only common area in the place, that did not have a bed, with a bathroom outside( an excuse was having unexpected client). The bath in our room was impossible to fill with water, no shampoo or even soap, we had to ask for extra toilet paper as well. You really can spend your 40 euros in a better way
