Beautiful traditional Moroccan Hotel (Riad). It has an excellent location, few steps from the main square - Jemaa el-Fnaa.
The hotel staff is so friendly that it was a pity to leave this place.
The rooms are very traditional and at the same time modern. Always clean and it smells cleaness in every part of the Riad. We enjoyed a lot our stay there and would be happy to come back again!

Great value for money, excellent location, a few minuets walk from the square and the busy streets of the old town, yet a peaceful hidden retreat away from the noise and only a 15 - 20 minute walk from the new town and shopping plaza and the main places of interest. Franck and all his staff where so welcoming, polite and helpful advising places to visit, booking restaurants and advise us what we should expect to pay for things, the Riad was very clean and tidy with a lovely sun trap roof terrace with sun loungers, bbq and seating area, hot tub and a lovely view of the Atlas mountains. it felt like waking up in your own private holiday home.

I would definitely recommend booking your airport transfer directly through Franck it was 18 MAD (Moroccan Dirham) per couple each way approx. £1.50, it is only a ten minute drive from the airport but you can not gain access to the riad via car so you are dropped of the opposite side of the square where someone else meets you with a cart for your bags and takes you to the door, we would have struggled to find it on our own.

Staying at this Riad made our stay in Marrakech very special.
This is one of the best small hotels that we have ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate two meals in the Riad which were excellent on both occasions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All in all a first class Riad that I would highly recommend.

Room Tip: Excellent rooms on first floor

Excellent experience. Quiet location a block away from the busy streets in old town, and close to the square.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Arranged stay at a next riad, as they were fully booked for the next night.

Nice, cozy, clean rooms, large TVs, beds etc. Complementary water in minibars.

Excellent choice of Riad
Very close to the action in the Medina/Souks, but just off a quiet side street,
so it's very peaceful when inside.
Nice on the roof terrace with sun loungers where we took drinks (and in the Jacuzzi)
Very quiet for sleeping, except when they're called to prayer starting at 05.30, but you'll hear that anywhere. Take earplugs if you need to. Very clean, nice comfortable sheets and bed
Very helpful staff
Breakfasts had plenty of choice as long as you're not expecting a 5-star experience
so Yoghurts/fruits/honey and jams/breads/omlettes/crumpets etc.
The only small niggle is that the coffee is sometimes cold as it's left in 1 flask, and if your timing's wrong you get the dregs. It's not refresshed until it's been finished.
Overall very satisfying/enjoyable stay (4 nights)

Frank, and his entire staff, offer a relaxing, serene, and wonderful retreat from the bustle of the Medina. Everyone was so accommodating and made every effort to ensure our vacation was a satisfying one. The location is an easy walk from the Jemaa el Fna. We dined in the Riad two evenings and found that the quality of the food served here is exceptional, and perhaps even better and more enjoyable than the meals we had at the highest rated restaurants (how can you beat a great meal served in the familiar and intimate setting of this Riad?). I recommend this Riad without hesitation!

Nice enough hotel with a friendly and welcoming staff. Franck (manager), cannot do enough to ensure you have a great stay. If you want a hotel just off the main medina, so if you want to be near then this a good one to have (once you've found it!). Rooms are of a good size and are well maintained, and the décor throughout the hotel is to a high spec with some really nice touches.

Some slight niggles are:

-The location is safe (nothing even close to a bad incident) but would be a bit intimidating for lone travellers as it involves going through a couple of quieter streets where locals tend to loiter about.
-Breakfast is very basic and coffee was often cold.
-Noise every morning from the local mosque was loud
-Getting to the riad can be hard (and a bit dirty) as it involves going through a busy market

Room Tip: Try and get a room away from the street, you'll probably want your window open and the street be...
