“Fabulous hotel and exceptional service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 June 2014

Beautiful hotel and faultless service
Reception will help with all your enquiries and arrange courtesy transport to many restaurants so you just get a taxi back
Good food but like all hotels drinks can be expensive but no more than you pay in restaurants
Surprisingly wine is expensive everywhere in Marrakech
If your looking for a hotel in this area book this one
I have met people out and about staying at other 5 star hotels wishing they had chosen four seasons
Extending the room has been simple as we leave late this evening everything is effortless it has the best can do madam attitude I have experienced

Room Tip: Ground floor as larger balcony with small garden terrace

From our arrival until our departure was everything just perfect.
Their moto seems to be:
"Name it and we fulfill it"
If you have a wish or need help, it is taken care of before you even say something.
Everybody was incredibly friendly.
Our "angel" Nabila and all of her team took so much care for us.
We wished that we never had to leave, but as we had to we were really sad.

Definitely we will come back!

This resort is stunning, cleverly designed with beautiful features. The gardens are a credit, perfectly maintained with flourishing planting wherever you look. The two pools are also beautiful, large and spacious with very comfortable loungers. Nicest pool I have come across. The lifeguard is really attentive. Plenty of loungers when we were there.
The breakfast buffet is excellent and very well managed. It is clear that the entire hotel is very well managed.
Our room was large and comfortable with everything you could need, a large closet, minibar and kettle, huge bathroom and loungers outside.
All fabulous - and to save the best until last the staff are ALL AMAZING!
Overall: thoroughly recommended. We loved it. I'm sure you will too. Can´t wait to return!!

We attended a conference at this Hotel and found it to be up to expectation. The Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The food was excellent but, the real asset of this Hotel, is the Staff. What an amazingly friendly and helpful people they are. Every one had a smile and a greeting and, if you looked in the least perplexed, they were there to try to help. This Hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city and to get anywhere a taxi is essential. They are cheap and plentiful. The facilities at the Hotel are excellent

We visited this oasis just last weekend and I miss it already!
We attended a business conference and it was wonderful, from the amazing greeting as we arrived to our departure it was perfect.
We had a pavilion room and I would have been happy to never leave it!
The bed, oh the bed! It was sleeping in a big marshmallow, pity my luggage wasn't big enough ;)
The setting was so perfect and all the staff we came across were so lovely and helpful, it was indeed an oasis of calm after a visit t the Medina!
My only complaint was at our Gala dinner the waiters were not great. Our table was forgotten for starters, and at the main course a couple of people had to wait for theirs.
And a seemingly small point but the centrepiece for the table...a bunch of tied roses thrown into a vase?
These were the only issues I had and didn't spoil an amazing trip.
I would really recommend this resort. it is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect retreat.

We have stayed in many Four Seasons around the World; this we must say was one of the best. The food was delicious and choice, especially for breakfast, was superb, every member of staff was helpful and could not do enough to answer any questions or guide us to fantastic restaurants or recommend tours,. The grounds of the hotel & facilities and general ambiance was incredible, as was the attention to detail. The idea of an 'Adult Only' Pool was tranquil. We look forward to recommending this fantastic location and visiting again in the future. Thank you for making our stay exceptional for our special 30th Anniversary.

The variety of accommodations in Marrakech is extremely large. Authentic Riads in the Medina, Golf-Resorts outside town, classic hotels and resorts like the Four Seasons. For us, combining the high level of service and room quality with the relative proximity to the city was important. But don't stay here if you are looking for a Riad...

The property is huge, virtually 7 minutes from the airport and 5 from the old town (both by cab, depending on your negotiation skills expect to spend anywhere between 30 and 100 Dirham). The gardens are exceptional almost like a botanical garden and they offer a variety of restaurants, two pools (one "quiet") two bars, spa and everything else you'd expect from a FS.

We had an Executive Suite in one of the wings, huge bathroom, large balcony. The room was very well appointed. One could not stay on the balcony during the morning (no enough shade), however. Additionally, the AirCon in the bedroom had to be switched off at night given the draft that was directly towards the bed. Fortunately, it wasn't too hot and there are ceiling fans, but that is an issue.

Housekeeping was superb, with a nice decoration for my wife's birthday, excellent turn down. Also, we left the in-suite safe open one day and it was closed by security for us and nothing was missing.

One of the few drawbacks: The hotel offers a service to the Djama el Fna in the early evening, but is was never really clear how that works. Once they put is in a limousine, another time we had to take a cab. Should be sorted out. Also, front desk had us waiting almost 10 minutes once as everybody seemed busy with other tasks.

Breakfast ist buffet-style and although of excellent quality a bit rushed and very expensive. Take a cab to "La Place" and have a local breakfast, coffee and croissant instead while watching the scene.

The pools are wonderful but can be busy and there a guests reserving a whole row of deck chairs early before breakfast, something normally observed in all-inclusive places, not in a FS. Although many kids in the hotel, the "quoted" pool was really quiet. Families have their own playground.

Good lunch at the poolside restaurant and a first class mediterranean place next to it. The roof-top bar was somewhat quiet as was the bar in the main building, in general, guests seem to be in their rooms early. So if you are looking for some nightlife, go elsewhere.

All-in-all, for a day at the pool and then some shopping and dining in the city this is the place to be.

Room Tip: Depends on what you are looking for, rooms to the inside of the court can be noisy.
