we stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in March. Rooms were very nice but quite compact. We had booked bed and breakfast but on arrival upgraded to all inclusive. we found this much easier and cost effective for our stay. The free shuttle bus was very useful. Food in the hotel was very nice and varied. All the staff were most attentive and they give a good service.Pool although supposed to be heated was a bit too chilly. Special mention to Fattah who really made us laugh!! He would always have a smile and was most helpful, offering us a lift when we needed it!! Sadly he wasnt there when we left but we send our thanks to him. Looking forward to a return trip soon.

It is absolutely safe to say that this Pullman hotel is perfect for families. We just got back home and my girls are going through the pictures from the Kids Club and the pool with a big big smile on their faces (and couple of tears because they miss it)
All in all it was a very enjoyable stay, the service at the restaurant and by the pool is excellent, the moroccan food is superb, and everything in and around the hotel is very clean and the hotel garden is very beautiful. The travel agent helped us book a camel safari, a guided tour in the Medina and also recommended a dinner at Comptoir Darna (with a belly dance show) and I can't thank her enough for that. Fatah (our personal chauffeur ;-) ) was also incredibly helpful. All the waiters and the staff always had a big smile and willing to help. The lady who gives out towels by the pool also managed for us to get a Henna tattoo by the pool (and saved us a fortune from doing it at the overpriced Medina)
BUT....as I mentioned there were few glitches, we upgraded from a hotel room to a suite (which was lovely) but the shower was clogged so we had to have a repairmen so we could take a shower without a flooding in the bathroom (but it was fixed) the shower had a bit of slow flow (more like a light rain). My girls loved the Kid's Club and they eagerly waited for the Mini-Disco (which we are accustomed to in similar 5 stars hotels) and the staff had different explanation to where or if there was a mini-disco. A few tears fell when we finally (after been given different explanations 3 nights in a row) realised that there is no Mini-Disco at this hotel.
But all in all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely go there again (and make sure that everything works properly in the room before settling).

Dear Guest,
I’m really touched by your words knowing that you left with some nice souvenirs. The Kid’s Village is a little paradise for the children where all the team members are dedicated and work with all their heart to put a smile on your children’s faces. I’m sure they will have lots of things to discover next time they meet again and will have lots of happy moments to share.
I’m sorry that they were a bit disappointed about the mini disco but we usually have them when there are lots of children during big vacations where they can really enjoy dancing together.
We will be honored to welcome you back again for another exceptional vacation at Pullman Marrakech.

First off the reception staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. The rooms are a bit on the small side and our first room smelled of drains so we were moved, it did take them a while to move us, but we were happy with the room. We stayed half board, the food was varied mixture and I can't fault it. The bar staff are a bit slow and are keen to get rid of you, one night we were being politely kicked out around 10.30pm with nowhere else to go as its a good 20 mins from Marrakech. There is a huge pond with a fountain in the grounds, we thought it was a pool as it has beds around it, it doesn't look very clean and I wouldn't want to fall in, very strange as around the other pools it was a bit crowded. There is a shuttle bus into Marrakech a few times a day, but do make sure you book a place there and back with reception as it gets full quickly and the driver kicks you off if you're not on his list!

Dear Guest,
Thank you for sharing your experience at Pullman Marrakech. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay at Pullman Marrakech. We might not be perfect yet our team tries its best to act quickly and efficiently by listening to our guests and always being of assistance whenever needed.
Regarding your remark on the bar closing at 10h30pm, I must say that its really unusual. The normal closing hours is midnight not before that. Regarding this very unusual incident I ask you to send me on the following email ( h3000-qm@accor.com ) some details about your staying periods and if you remember the day itself it will be very helpful. It’s easy for me to check and take corrective actions accordingly as we have micros system and different points of control that make it easy to consult the history and check the exact incident
I have noted your remarks and will make sure our staff at the bar gets the necessary training to improve their service.
We are looking forward to seeing you soon on another vacation.

I booked this short holiday (4 days) as a surprise Christmas present for my husband. I picked the 16th March as on 17th March we had been married for 41 years.

We had a fantastic time, the hotel was as described with the Travel Agent, was clean, staff were excellent. Our arrival at Reception was speedily dealt with. During our stay Bouazza and Fatiha from the pool bar were always helpful, friendly and always had a smile. Simo who worked on the main bar during the evening again was always smiling and helpful.

It drizzled on our last day and we were unable to sit outside. Hasna did a marvellous job with entertainment including Bingo and Salsa dancing, and all enjoyed her company.

An excellent trip for people to take would be through the Argan region, we were amazed to see the Tree Climbing Goats.

We met some fantastic people and will always remember with affection the time we spent in Marrakech.

Dear Margaret and Denny,
It was a pleasure having you among us on your wedding anniversary. I’m happy to know that you still remember Hasnaa, Simo, Fatiha, among the other team members, for the happy moments you shared on such a special occasion.
Marrakech is such a magical city where people admire not only its beauty and rich heritage but also the Moroccans with their kindhearted, welcoming nature.
We will be glad to welcome you again at Pullman Marrakech for another memorable stay.

Stayed there for 6 days. Nice rooms, large beds. Rooms are away from restaurant and pool so it is very quiet. Pool was very fine. Waiters were friendly, but you can see that they are still learning for cleaning the tables etc. We had all-inclusive but there were also people with half-pension. In all-inclusive you have another card, not all drinks and snacks available. Poolbar is very good, open from 10 till 18 h. Nice snacks, but for all in only available for snacks from 15 h. (before that time you have to eat in the restaurant). Location : about 20 minutes away from Marrakech. No problem for having a sunbed (more than enough).

Room Tip: Think that every room is good - all very quiet

Dear Linda,
It is a pleasure to read your feedback on Pullman Marrakech especially some information regarding the snack bar. I agree with you as it is really practical to have a quick snack by the pool. Not only you may find a wide variety of dishes from salads to sandwiches and light meals but it is quite near for those who prefer to stay around the pool.
At the moment we have a lot of new waiters that are being trained for the upcoming season where we are expecting the hotel to be quite busy. And with the help of our more experienced staff we are confident that they will get the necessary training.
We are looking forward to seeing you again at Pullman Marrakech where you will enjoy a sunny vacation.

This was our second time staying at Pullman Marrakech Resort. My husband & I booked a 3-night flight & half-board package - includes breakfast and dinner. This time, we weren’t offered free transfers from the airport to the resort so we had to take the cab which should cost no more than 150 Dh (get ready to haggle with the cab drivers like everything else in Marrakech!!!). The resort offers transfers to and from the airport if you book in advance for 300 Dh each way. For those interested in going to the city centre, there is a free shuttle to and from the resort that departs every two hours or so – last shuttle back to the hotel is 8pm.

Although service was quite slow by the pool bar at peak hours (we waited 35 mins for our burgers to arrive), the overall customer service experience was good. Most staff are willing to go out of their way to assist you. I was quite impressed by the breakfast and dinner buffet – wide variety ranging from traditional Moroccan to European. You will notice that there is a “gatekeeper” to the dessert table - I think this is their way of rationing (or installing speed bumps to) the delectable selection of higher-cost cakes and pastries ...

All in all, this is the perfect place for a short, cost-effective, relaxing getaway to a place with great weather to get your dose of Vitamin D! We would come back but we figure we need to cross off some other destinations on our travel list first.
