Located between the main train station and the supratours bus station. Nice relaxing pool and garden.
Check in was to be at 12, when arrived told check in was at 12.30, eventually was checked in 12.50. Some staff fine, some not. Paid for meal with restaurant supervisor/manager and was told change would be dropped to table. It wasn't and when went looking for it, he had an attitude and did not want to give us our change, but eventually did. Internet reception very poor, didn't work most of time. Hotel was average but ideal for overnight stay if getting bus or train

Room Tip: Rooms at back overlooking garden with no road noise

It's not like other ibis hotels. Derelict and not nearly the attention to detail. The heater vent on the wall was hanging by one screw. Wiring not connected and live wires dangling out. Room is bare bones. Location is the one thing going for it if you are planning on traveling via train at odd hours. And the buffet breakfast. There are far better options and budget friendly.

Position next to train and bus station excellent, junior staff very friendly, room terrible, no water glasses in bathroom - told to get our own from bar, no spare toilet paper - discovered at a 'critical moment'. The two senior male members at reception were totally disinterested and in fact quite rude in their offhand attitude. Reminds me of a stay in Cairo about 40 years ago. AVOID IT IF POSSIBLE. Our first and last visit.

In general hotel has good clean facilities. Disappointed with room on night 1, adjacent to a busy noisy road, with poor noise insulation. Night 2,took a room looking inwards towards garden/pool -significantly quieter and very good value indeed. Adjacent to railway station so perfect for arrival/departure any time of day. It is a short taxi ride away from the Medina, but sufficiently far way to avoid the tourist crowd, so good value restaurants and cafes for every taste are close by

Hotel was a bit tired. Nice location next to railway station. Short taxi ride or half hour walk to djema el fna. Pool and garden, good for sunbathng. Waited nearly an hour to check in even though we were after check in time which i think isn't acceptable for a large hotel. Staff on the most part unfriendly and cleaners burst into our rooms a couple of times even with do not disturb sign up. Very impersonal. Go somewhere else

Impromptu stay due to travel plans, Able to accommodate and bedroom was clean and tidy had to ask for towels and toilet paper
Drinks at the bar seemed a little expensive and restaurant menu poor, Breakfast was even worse and could do with a big improvement
Worst thing about stay was the main toilets by reception they were very poor, dirty and unfit for use and having stayed in other IBIS hotel's in different country's found this to be a shock !!
